The Manager (younger guy) was fantastic during my transaction. He was incredibly knowledgeable about all the systems and latest game and reviews.
I will come back solely because of my experience with him. If Game Stop is smart, they will continue to utilize him.

Always well organized and staff is excellent at helping me get what I want/​need and the shelves stay organized even later int the day. Frank is the champ for always helping me find what I’m looking for and recommending news games… a video game concierge he is. They also know about all the downloadable content and are sure to highlight receipts that include bonuses.

Basically, this is a great place for used video games (and new). The service doesn’t have to be exceptional at a video store in my opinion. I think that if someone is going to a video game store, they’re probably in search of something rather specific. Which I was. So I went in, got my game, got out. The level of service was par, the game worked, and the store seemed generally clean… so 4 stars it is!
I’ll probably go back if I need a cheap game, or if some «great new thing» comes out that I just feel the incessant need to stay up all night waiting in line for.
Also, it’s next to some pretty good little hole-​in-​the-​wall taco shops and such. Give those a try if you’re in the area!
