I had new garage door parts installed a year ago and needed to have them retightened. When I called for service: 1) no local phone number or address was listed on the invoice, 2) the 800 number I found online connected me to a man but it was hard to hear what he was saying due to loud background noise, like at a restaurant or a party, 3) he did a poor job of explaining the warranty and could not find my invoice on the database, 4) he became rude to the point of having an angry tone in his voice when I asked him to clarify the warranty, and 5) he hung up very abruptly on me when I advised him that I was not ready to have him sent a tech to my house. Bottom line — if you want poor service after the sale, this is the place — look no further! It was a pleasure for me to spend my $$ elsewhere.
