Being new to Dallas, I was very eager to find a doctor in the area. Unfortunately, the experience was not enjoyable nor professional. The wait time over my appt time started things off on the wrong foot. Also after leaving the office, I went to have my prescriptions filled. Some issues arose with the pharmacy. I called the office to get some advice on how to deal with the issues. I was made to feel like I was bothering the office. I was put in voicemail for one of the nurses. She never returned any of the three voicemails I left over a week and half. I finally called and spoke to the office manager. She was not sympathetic nor apologetic. I then finally got to speak to the nurse I left the voicemails for previously. She did not apologize for not returning my calls. She proceeded to tell me how I had called «numerous times» and had spoken to the someone. I explained that I had yet to get any of my questions answered and had she returned my calls, she would have known that. The entire experience is just not what I hoped for. I have never had a similar experience with a doctor’s office. I decided to cancel my next appt. I will try to find an office that has time when a problem does arise with a patient. I do not like being made to feel like a problem because the pharmacy did not accept paperwork with an electronic signature and because one of my medicines was not covered by my insurance so I needed a substitute.

I have had superb service and care from Dr. Goff and his staff on multiple occasions from treatment for pneumonia to an annual physical and ordering medication refills. Dr. Goff, his nurse practitioner and nurses are competent, well trained, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. They have a proficient computer system for recording the patient’s medical history and diagnoses. In particular, I appreciate the time that Dr. Goff takes to explain in understandable terms the patient’s medical conditions and to answer questions. It’s truly a learning experience. Dr. Goff also participates in advanced medical research programs and educates aspiring doctoral and nurse candidates. His practice is an example of modern medicine and patient care.

Absolute nightmare!!!
I had scheduled an appointment at 9:30a for a reason. I was a new patient, so I arrived around 9:25a and promptly filled out all paperwork. I took a seat in the waiting area along with one other patient. Within about 15 minutes, the waiting patient was called and went to the back.
I was the only one in the waiting area until about 10a, then a family came in. At that point I had been waiting 30 minutes, so I asked the receptionist how much longer. Her reply was that there were only 3 rooms and when a room is available they would call me back. I patiently waited an additional 30 minutes, a total of 1 hour elapsed. At this point, I was again the only one in the waiting area, so I decided to leave.
Ridiculous!!!
