Genecov Orthodontics

I had my braces installed when I lived in Ohio, prior to moving to Dallas. After reviewing a handful of offices, I decided to go to Genecov Orthodontics. This turned out to be a great move. Dr. Genecov reviewed my records, made his game plan known, and we went from there. He and his staff are all willing to answer any question or concern you have. I enjoyed my visits and their attention to how the progress was coming along. I am an adult in my 50’s and find Genecov Orthodontics to be a great place for adults and kids of all ages. I highly recommend Dr. Genecov if you, or a loved one, is in need of orthodontia.

I can’t say enough nice things about Genecov orthodontics! My son has been a patient of Genecov Orthodontics since he was about 2 months old, first to be fitted for a palatal obdurator for his cleft palate all the way up to now to complete his last round of orthodontia. I can’t believe that he has been going for 16 years! Dr. Jeff is so knowledgeable and personable and his staff is amazing. Would recommend to everyone!

Before we came to this orthodontist, we visited another orthodontist who said that invisalign is not for our teeth, that we should get regular braces. Then we came to this office to get another opinion, and this orthodontist said that, yes, lets do this! So, then we had been coming to this office for almost 4 years and still we are not satisfied with our teeth! We just got exhausted keep coming here over and over and in the end, our teeth got even worse than before. Because this orthodontist had this «genius» idea that he should shorten our front teeth and he did, but we later were told that this process ruined enamel of those teeth that he made shorter. It was a waste of time and money, we regret our choice, we should have chosen different orthodontist! I think that first orthodontist who told us that invisalign is not for our teeth, was right and knew what he was talking about, but this orthodontist Genecov, said that it is ok to do invisalign, just to get the money out f it, and in the end was not able to do the job!!! I really hate doctors and dentists, who do things for the sake of money and not for the sake of well being of patients. Because this orthodontist did not do a good job at all! In fact, it was a very poorly done job! And made this experience the worst one ever! I wanted to sue this orthodontist for making our teeth even worse than before, but we just want to forget about this entire thing forever, and life is too short to waste on useless things and our time is more important than this useless orthodontist! My advise is, do not waste your money on this orthodontist! And more importantly your time! Very disappointed! And regret our choice! And the decision of coming here at all!!!

Genecov orthodontics takes the best care of both my children. The staff is patient & professional. The technicians really take excellent care and listen to understand if there are any concerns from the children. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs braces.
