To the point:
— Professional (office staff and doctor)
— Great Bedside Manner (not snooty)
— Seemed very knowledgeable
— Very Easy to make an appointment
— Surgery was easy to schedule and facility used was great!
— Positive attitude/​sense of humor is always nice!
— Dog in office is a nice touch
The only issue is trying to find out what to expect post-​surgery, but I think he wants most people to call and ask any questions. Now I know what to ask at an appointment before surgery. Ha! Lesson learned.
