Hadley At Bellmar

I’ve lived in these apartments for a several months now… I genuinely like them, and for several reasons!
–the space for price is great
–the location is ideal
–I like the aspect that it’s an apartment neighborhood
–the ladies in the office are so great!
Outside of those keys factors I’ve had a maintenance issue and it was promptly fixed. Big win! Being from out of state you really don’t know what to expect when being relocated. I’m glad I chose this place to call home :)

Hadley has been great to me! The women in the office are absolutely amazing! Very helpful and always willing to go above and beyond!

From the get go my move to this place was a disaster. I signed lease and was to get the faux wood flooring and new black appliances for the price. On move in day, I walk in and the place is full of carpet, and I was never told that the laminate flooring couldn’t be put down because the floor had a crack in it. Well they called it a crack, it was more like a crater, and the floor had separated and one side of the place was solid and you step across the crack and it would bounce like crazy. I felt it was very unsafe. I lived at Seville by Bellmar before Hadley and they were awesome. And the assistant manager Monica at Hadley is great, but she can’t do it all on her own. The upgraded appliances are black, not stainless and the counters are faux granite. Also parking is a night mare and I had to park outside the gates on the side of the street on more than one occasion. Also don’t let the pics on the website fool ya, the landscape by the front entrance and around the pool for the pictures and let the rest of the grounds go. I lived here 4 months and then paid to break my lease to get out. If you do move here make sure you see the place first and do not move into apartment 2233.
