The chicken was delicious, crispy and flavorful. The seasoning powder is also good. I’ve never had pickles with fried chickens and now I’m hooked. So good. The cashier was really nice and helpful. Will totally go back.

Every time we go there, they are out of something. If they don’t have legs to the credit card machine is not working. The chicken is really good when it is fresh, but if you are on lunch or want a quick meal. DO NOT GO!!! if they had better service I would have given them a 3…

My go to spot for fried chicken. Always fresh and juicy. I always get the ten piece dark to feed my crew and they love it. It comes with fries, pickles, and jalapenos. I season it with their Cajun seasoning or hot sauce. This place stays busy. They’ve got fried livers and gizzards too. Call ahead for the gizzards tho. Boss lady took my order when I went very friendly.

Henderson’s chicken is simply the best! Nice and crispy, not greasy. I haven’t tried anything but the fried chicken yet, but I will definitely be back!

I took my mom to south dallas today because she remembered how good the chicken use to be growing up. The place was packed so that was a good sign. We ordered a whole chicken w/back and a ½ w/back. Got all the way home and guess what no backs.
I called back to Henderson and they agreed to give us the backs when we come back. All we have to do is ask for the supervisor. So I guess next time we want some chicken we will get free backs.
Good food, but check your order before you get back on the freeway to go back to your side of town.
