I’ve worked with Hooper for years. This is the first time I’m reviewing because they got a new plumber earlier this week. Was I blown away!
Patricia called me when he was on his way to give me the heads up that he was new.
WOw, did JD know his stuff. Not only did he fix the toilet in 3 minutes, but then he explained it in a very logical and simple way.
You get what you pay for at Hooper. I didn’t give them four stars b/​c frankly, they are quite pricy. This is the Park Cities.
Patricia in the office is really spot-​on, professional, and won’t make a promise that their company won’t deliver on. They’re smart, fast, and really an expert in the field.

I got great service from Hoover, especially from Mike there. I had a buried commode waste line under our house (crawl space access) that has been a problem for years stopping up. One plunger wanted $ 5000 to fix it a couple of years ago. Mike crawled under the house to inspect the configuration, brought in an expert camera sub to view the line interior, then came back in a couple of days and dug out the old bad 8′ section and replaced it, all for a fraction of my old quote. He was very professional, timely, and effective. Great work! Potty works now like new.

I called Hooper Plumbing this morning after reading positive reviews on the internet. They said they could have someone out today after 3 (when I said I would be back home). They called at 2:30 and said someone would be there at 3. I got home at 2:50 and David was already here. I had 4 various issues and he was awesome and fast. One problem was a bit complex and he came up with a way to fix it quickly. He could not have been nicer or more professional. I am so happy to have had such a great experience when you hear such horror stories – Hooper Plumbing – you have an outstanding employee in David. Thanks.
