Pretty good. socks still on. Stopped by the other morning, due to stellar reviews. My take is as follows: I have had donuts that have«changed or altered» my thoughts of the term«donuts» and this place doesnt quite live up to the«sexy» name. HOT.absolutely.the donuts and jalapeño sausage rol were fresh and good. Nothing in the way of Socks Knocking(they werent bad. werent memorable).and ate them in the car and drive to work feeling that sugary cakey inner satisfaction that only a donut can provide in the am. no cream. The sweet woman who. was there made me feel welcome, appeeciated, and was the first. warm greeting of the day. I would go back due to its proxomity of my morning. It was about good donuts for me in the am.

Fresh, delicious donuts, so good. Donuts tasted like they just made them, and not over glazed. The owners a super nice as well, this is my go to donut place.

I love this place!!! They have the best donut holes around and they are a super friendly family owned establishment. They’ll custom fill your donuts to make things like raspberry filled chocolate donuts yum(in the donut an éclair comes in) they’re prices are pretty low and they will give free donuts to you if you’re a regular.

Donut shops seem to be on every corner, but to be honest, most of them here in Dallas are not that great. This one is definitely one of the better ones! I am a huge donut fan so I know the difference. The owner, Jenny, who also knows me on a first name basis amazingly considering I only go there everyone once in a while is terrific. She is super sweet and cares more that her customers are happy than anything. If you can go here, go here!

I used to work at a donut shop when I was in high school for a family friend of mine. Yes, the majority of donut shops are and will be owned by Koreans or Korean Americans. My brother is a regular here at Hot n’ Creamy since he lives right around the corner. When I walked into Hot n’ Creamy for the first time, Jenny, the owner knew exactly who I was related to the minute she saw me. On a side note, I should mention that my brother and I look alike — we often get told that we look like twins when we aren’t so that’s the reason why she recognized me I ordered a dozen and a half of donuts for a lab meeting I had that day and she was very friendly and even stuck little donut holes in the boxes for me as complimentary service. Jenny and I had a few minutes to chat and we talked about everything from how I look just like my brother(who pops by here often) and how I was going to a lab meeting. She was super accommodating and made my first experience here a memorable one! The donuts were tasty and my favorite donuts are the cake donuts with a little bit of icing on top. The cake donuts were fluffy and just the right texture I like — they weren’t too sweet for me so I gobbled one down. The rest of my lab seemed to enjoy the donuts and said that I was definitely in charge of bringing donuts in next time we have a super early meeting. I’ll definitely be back for some more donuts and coffee regardless of a lab meeting.

This place is great! The donuts are awesome! It’s a family owned business. Jenny, one of the owners, does some really cool decorative stuff with the donuts that’s great for parties.

«This was my first trip, and it was amazing. The donuts were so soft and airy they literally melted in your mouth. It is too bad that donuts are so unhealthy because I would go back everyday!!!»

It is probably a really good thing that this place is not exactly easy to go get to on my way to work. I have to pull a UTurn at the light at Frankford and Coit and then do another UTurn to get back on Frankford to get back where I can turn left on Coit. Now, these are not the greatest donuts I have ever had… but they are certainly better than the donut place over by Starbucks in the Albertson’s strip center at Frankfort and DNT. I was in and out of here quick and the donuts were good and warm and soft. The price was totally reasonable for the two donuts and two milks I ordered. If I wasn’t always late to work… I’d probably be pulling a lot more UTurns.

HOTANDCREAMY. That use to be this red and white sign posted on the corner facing George Bush where the Mobil gas station use to be. This sign gave me chuckles every time I saw it. That is until they took the sign down due to a new Gas station Shamrock moving in. Which makes me ponder giving shamrock a 1 star review for taking the humor out of my drive to Richardson. Now that the sign is no longer, Hot and Creamy Donuts is just another run of the mill family owned donut shop. I am always down to support mom and pop stores as opposed to huge chains. Don’t get me wrong… the donuts are good, cheap. Its fried dough and sugah. How can you go wrong? The cream is nothing special. They sure are creamy as advertised. Hot? Only if you ask them to microwave it.

This place is a mom and pop shop. I find this place different because they use pure vegetable oil and dark chocolate(on their chocolate donuts)! This is awesome! I seriously don’t know what this guy below talking about. I walked in… she knew instantly I was a new customer. That tells me that she has a lot of regulars. And the service is awesome… The lady is so nice. The donuts are cheap… unlike alot of places these days. You can’t anything for a dollar anymore nowadays, but you can here. The dark chocolate donuts is RECOMMENDED! Yum! Cheap and good… that’s absolutely a 5 star! I got half a dozen kolache and dozen donut holes for under 5 bucks. All dozen donuts are less then $ 8! Hell yeah!

Yeah I know the name is worth 2 stars alone, but you have to read the rest of the review. It’s an unfortunate turn of events when an individual joint like this doesn’t measure up to a chain. It was just ok, and I really hoped for this place to be better than Krispy Kreme and thats an admission from a mostly non-donut eater. Took a bite of the glazed and it was almost like biting into sweet bread, none of the mouth melting stuff I was hoping for. I mean talk about false adversiting in the store’s name. The sour cream donuts were pretty decent but nothing that made me want to go back for more. But on the bright side, I’ll probably never be asked to pick up the donuts for the acct department again and thats good by me.
