ive never hired them myself but i worked as a representative in an upscale office building THAT DID hire them. i had to oversee the night crew that came in to my clients building to clean. (my client paid for them)
the two ladies and a man were very nice. the spoke limited english however they were extremely friendly and worked very hard. the man would 1^st go around to all the tenants suites and vacuum. every floor he would vacuum while the ladies cleaned the bathrooms on all the 3 floors. then all 3 went into the suites to empty trash and clean glass etc. very organized and the same set system made the workers easier to find when i needed them. the supervisor would come up and check in 2x or more a week to ask how they were doing and restock the supplies they left on site.
