J and J Sod Grass

Peter and the crew at J and J Sod Company did an exceptional job with helping me rehab by lawn and landscape. I had recently taken out three trees and several flowerbeds myself and I wanted to grass them in with St. Augustine to match the rest of my lawn which already has healthy grass.
Peter came out that afternoon and was on time for our appointment, he took accurate measurements and he explained the entire process to me. He was also very helpful in planning and had a lot of good ideas for exactly what I needed and what I did not. His prices were extremely fair, especially for the work. A week later they tilled, leveled, cleaned, prepped, and installed 5 fresh pallets and the grass looks great! It’s healthy, damp, and looks to be popping up already. He explained exactly how much I should be watering to keep it healthy enough to root in the next few weeks and when it is okay to mow.
I have worked with multiple landscaping companies in the past for different projects, some good and some bad. J and J was by far the best!

Terrible service and grass! First, they showed up on the wrong day. They apologized and said they would return in the correct day between 8 — 11. At 12 I finally called them and they said they were running late. They delivered 2.5 pallets. The tw pallets were fine but the ½ pallet was dead and dying. They refused to do anything about it. I took pictures and emailed them to them and they still refused to make it right

The owner called and gave me a discount. Apologized for the experience and made it up to me. I really appreciate the effort they made to make it all right. Good job guys.
