Jack in the Box

Horrible horrible food! Cheap and taste like cardboard. As far as $ 1 menu fast food places go this one definitely ranks super low on my list. Don’t waste your time.

Horrible service. Did not receive half my order. Then when I came inside to fix the issue. The associate then told me he put everything in. I would not have come back if MY entire half of the order was missing. After showing the receipt and the bag with the missing food in it. The ‘associate’ the. Snatched the bag and without notification, took his time to prepare the ENTIRE order. I just wanted the missing items. I did not want to spend an extra 7 minutes waiting to my whole order. Again

I am completely appalled at the level of service I received from the manager of this location. I asked to place two orders, and he said he couldn’t. I explained no one was behind me, and he just ignored me. I kept calling and he refused to answer me. I couldn’t move forward, because there was a car in front of me. I again called out to him, and he did not answer. By this time, I couldn’t back out of the drive-​thru because it was narrow and there was now someone behind me. I finally went up to the window, and literally no one would come to the window. When the manager finally came, he refused to take my order. I’ve never been treated like this at any restaurant. My husband and I are very loyal to this location, and I was extremely upset that I would be treated this way by the very manager of the location. I had to just go to the Taco Bell across the way.

Came in here after doing their survey online expecting to get free tacos. I do not eat at jack in the box unless its their tacos. The manager rudly told me I had to buy something but that was not the problem it was his tone. He totatly shrugged me off like I was a low life trying to get something for free rudly handed my receipt and walked away. I was SO frustrated bc I had taken the time to do their survey and this was how I was repaid. NEVER AGAIN!

i like this location, it comes in 2^nd best to the Josey and Trinity Mills location.
my fave? sirloin burger or a chicken teriyaki bowl.
the food is always consistent and the service is always pleasant.

Mmmm yummy, one of my childhood favorites for fast food. Very conveniently located right off the tollway but beware of when you’re turning into the lot. It’s RIGHT after the stop light and people drive super fast on the service road… it’s best to go super slow so people don’t speed up behind you, slam on their breaks when they see you turning and scare the living daylights outta ya! Drive thru is always a plus and they’re pretty quick with service. And it’s 24 hours? LOVE IT!
I tried something new last week — their sausage crossaint breakfast sandwich. yum! It tasted so good because it was on a crossaint. So moist and soft and flavorful. Definitely would get it again!

Now, 4 stars for a fast food restaurant. It’s clean. It’s fast. You don’t have to be scared to eat in the dining room. There are RARELY children there, that I’ve seen. Overall, it’s pleasant. They always get my order right AND here’s the best part.. . Breakfast is served 24 hours a day. Do you really need anything more than that? No, you don’t.

I really like this Jack in the Box. The food is always fresh, they always accommodate my kind of insane orders, and it’s 24 hours.
Out of all the times I’ve been here, they’ve only gotten my order wrong once. Granted, that one time they got it wrong, the lady argued with me that it was right. The guys making the food admitted that it was wrong, but she kept on insisting that I didn’t know what provolone cheese looked like. Even still, the guys remade my food and it was great the 2^nd time.
Barring that one time, everything’s been dandy.
