Jefferson Dental Clinics – Abrams

Brought my daughters here and they give you your treatment options through a window! Very unprofessional.

Definitely cheap. They did about as decent a job as you’d expect, but in the multiple visits that I’ve had to make, I always end up waiting in the wait room for at least half an hour, when everyone in the back seems to be fairly free. This place definitely has a lot of young staff. I don’t doubt the quality of their work on my teeth but the place as a whole lacks professionalism.

I wish I could give less than one star!
I just had the most HORRIBLE experience at the Abrams location in Dallas. It started out ok and everyone seemed nice. They took X-​rays. Then I sat there and waited. Then they had to redo some x rays because the girl rushed through the first set and a few came out blurry. Then I waited. I sat there for TWO hours to take X-​rays. I thought about just leaving but was worried they’d send the info to my insurance and I’d be out of luck for another year.
So they came back in the room after the X-​rays and said I had to go somewhere to talk about the doctor’s recommendation and that would be it. So I had to ASK for a cleaning which is the whole reason I came in! Try debated and finally agreed. Are you kidding me?
The cleaning consisted of the girl half-​heartedly putting polish on MOST of my teeth. No floss, no fluoride. That was it. Horrible. I feel sorry for people who’ve never been to a real dentist and think this is ‘normal’. Far from it.
