What a wonderful experience to have in a sub shop. Matt and Gio were very charming and wonder helps. They offered suggestions and ways to creat a better sub. I will always be down to get a bite here.

Love a good Jersey Mike’s chipotle chicken Philly. It’s pretty much one of my most reliable tasty, cheap sub sandwiches. Sure it’s a chain so I’ve had better, but the convenience factor when I am pressed for time make it a frequent stop of mine. Plus it’s right off the the freeway very near to our home. That being said, they have yet to answer their phone when I try to call in ahead of time to place an orders. I tried to save some time the other day when trying to grab a quick bite before a meeting. They simply don’t answer. In I went and waited in a long line that tripled how long it would have taken had I pre-ordered on the phone. And last night, I went in again(don’t judge– my fiancé is out of town and I have no desire to cook for one), and they were out of bread and wraps… PAUSE. A sub place without bread or wraps. The point? I love their subs, but this location needs to improve the way they operate.

Quick Review: 4.5÷5 Fresh Bread n Veggies Service 4, quickness −3.5÷5 varies on time of the day I usually get the #7(Turkey w/Provo) on wheat. The pickles are addicting and I usually get a side for free. The #43 Cheesesteak isn’t bad The people are really chill and for the price point it’s a good deal.

I just left Jersey Mike’s where I had a wonderful customer service experience. After ordering my wrap, I realized I didn’t have my debit card with me. I told the nice guy at the cash register to cancel my order because I did not have any other form of payment on me. I walked out of the door and the friendly manager followed me and told me not to worry about it and invited me back in where my sandwich was still being made. I wish I had gotten everyone’s names so that I could brag on them. Thank you so much!

Really good subs– best roast beef hands down, and plenty of it.(Feel like I need a magnifying glass to find the meat at most places.) Staff always friendly and helpful. Can’t immagine why anyone would go to Potbelly over Jersey Mike’s.

I must say I have been here 3 times now and each time as greatly improved. That is with the customer service. The first time they were really rude and it was really slow. I would have thought the opposite. I went again and they actually seemed to want my business. Today 6⁄27 was by far the best experience. I tried a different sandwich and asked a few questions and the employee had no issue answering with a smile. I have had 2 different sandwiches the chipotle cheese steak(2x) and the supreme(Mike’s Way). I can not describe how awesome they tasted and it’s my favorite sub place to date!

As you’re all probably very aware, this Jersey Mikes location is in a HEADTOHEAD Unilocal star battle with the adjacent Potbelly sandwich shop. It’d enthralling stuff here people. I’m pretty sure ESPN has been covering it. It’s an 8 dollar sandwich battle for the ages. For some of you that’s a literally World Series for your taste buds. But for someone like me it’s a race to the bottom much like that of the 4th and 5th place teams every year in the National League West. Looking at you Diamondbacks/Rockies. This Jersey Mikes location really steps up to the plate, however. First of all, much like the actually guy named Mike you know from the Eastern Seaboard(he says New York but it’s usually really just New Jersey) this place is clean. Not good clean though. More like the feel and clean you get from an emergency room. You’re certainly glad it’s clean. But you’re also strangely terrified as to why. I guess it’s good though because they slice their meat #fresh. Also, much like your buddy Mike likes to think he’s big. DO You even lift bro? These sandy-mc-doozels are big, too. #NoFlexZone Now, when I go, I usually get the club supreme because it’s Mad Deece. It’s pretty self explanatory as far as Clubs go and if you don’t know what’s on a club sandwich then you can… move to Canada/elsewhere. Get it with pickles and some jalapeños if you’re feeling frisky. But, hey, you’re in a jersey mikes. You’re OBVIOUSLY feeling frisky. I give this place 5 star rating to effectively settle the argument and decide for on going passer-byes which sandwich they should indulge on their way through uptown Dallas. victory: Jersey Mikes. PS. They have Pepsi products. Pathetic.

I literally just walked out of this location and the customer service cannot be worse. The guy gave me a very hard time because I did not want vinegar and oil on my sandwich but instead in a separate cup. I walked in in my work uniform and he proceeded to tell me that I do not make a lot of money and was very rude. I’m not sure who this individual is, but he obviously does not enjoy his job and chooses to take it out on the customers.

Great selection of fresh meats and cheese made perfectly into sandwiches by the most friendly and helpful staff. Love this place. Never fails to impress

Great subs. Be sure to try #42. Cheesesteak with Chipotle sauce. So good. All there meat and cheese is only cut once you make the order, making it super fresh.

So this was my first and last visit to Jersey Mikes. Visited the Knox-Henderson location in Dallas around 8:30pm on July 9, 2014. A Caucasian, 20 something male was working behind counter and screaming at his female coworker as if they were alone. He was a total jerk taking my order. Be pissed at your coworker but keep it private. Me and another patron got up and walked out bc it was that batshit crazy inside. He was talking about her getting fired if she doesn’t show up for a shift Friday, but he’s the one who should be fired acting that way in front of customers.

Rather eat at subway or maybe even buy bologna and get bread at a local 7 – 11. I had two pieces of meat in my sandwich and I wasn’t the only person complaining in line. Also, I didn’t know it was protocol to have yawning employees and a «no energy» attitude. When I feel like getting a horrible, overpriced sandwich I will be at this location. I am embarrassed for the owner of this location!

This was my first time at Jersey Mikes and I was pleasantly surprised. I just figured it’d be like a Quiznos or any other number of places. This guy who later introduced himself as Alex was incredibly attentive in making pleasant conversation and made sure I felt welcome. He even came by to ask me how my sandwich was. Very cool. Never been, but will be returning. The best affordable philly cheese steak in town!

I went in, and ordered my meal. Meatball sub. They were training the deli guy(which they could’ve done during non-peak hours) but they chose to train him with my food. I was ok with that, as long as I could get it the way I wanted it. They tell me to sit down as my party already starts eating their lunch.(We can’t all wait 10+ minutes, you assholes, so by this time, I’m getting a bit peeved.) They come back with an un toasted piece of bread with meatballs to go. I unwrap it and I politely tell them I wanted it Mike’s Way and toasted, and I understand if they don’t want to cross-contaminate their work area and I’ll just take the lettuce separately. The British manager scoffs and tells me «Next time you should let us know, because that’s not how we make these». I just told him that’s how I wanted it and there won’t be a next time. I tried contacting JM thru Twitter, Facebook and their website and I never heard back from them. I wasn’t asking for something perilous or that would jeopardize their business practices, I just wanted a delicious-to-me god-damn sandwich and if they can’t provide that, then they don’t need to be in my restaurant rotation.

I had a chicken philly, and it was good, but it didn’t make me cry tears of cheesesteakyjoy like the ones from Philly’s best. Think maybe I should have gone for a coldcut sub instead, but I have a hard time believing there could exist a more delicious cold sub than JJ’s turkey tom. This store is jammed into a little strip mall just south of Knox and the 75 service road, and while it’s easy to get there, parking could be hard to find since there are so many businesses that are mostly food in the same strip.

Sometimes I really just like the simplicity of this place. There aren’t any weird pre-packaged toppings like *ahem* Subway. It’s super basic and doesn’t leave me sitting there trying to decide what to put on my sandwich. I also like the white or wheat option, no thought needed. Of course, best of all is how they slice the meat right in front of you when you order it. That’s technically more fresh than Jimmy Johns. This location is very clean and I have never had to wait. They also keep pumping out promotions in our neighborhood which is a great draw when choosing between them and the next sandwich shop over. For those that live in the area, you can usually find them in the Redplum inserts that come out in the mail every Wednesday.

For a chain being one of my favorite subs says a lot about Dallas. This place or Eatzis are the only places I go for subs. They slice their meat fresh when you order and don’t weigh it out! The guys there are always extremely friendly and chill. I’m a small girl but they always remember I like my sandwiches big! I get their Philly with just meat and cheese and sauce. After trying countless places around I like theirs best they make a great size Philly with enough cheese and the bread is always fresh and soft. I also get their turkey on lighter days and very good quality. To the person giving them a one star for not having a toaster or more vegetarian options… this isn’t the place for you. There are tons of restaurants catering to vegans around Dallas. Happy I can trust in this place to always give a good basic sandwich.

Got a sandwich ordered together for lunch. I wasn’t impressed. I ordered a roast beef sub. The bread was a bit on the dry side. The meat was just salty. A bit disappointing.

This is my all time fav sub shop and I can’t believe I haven’t written a review yet. The service here is always awesome!!! It is clean and inviting and the 2nd reason why I eat there. The first reason. The subs are AWESOME! I usually get a #7 which is the turkey, but when I want to treat myself I do the #2 which is the Jersey Shore favorite. Mike’s way is with lettuce, tomato, onions, vinegar, oil, oregano and salt pepper. I customize my Mike’s way, so if there are things you don’t like above then you can make it the way you like. The have some other extra goodies at the end. If you love sweet tea, I highly recommend. I’m a huge sweet tea critic, so taste it before you fill up your glass. Sometimes its not sweet enough, but they are getting better at it. Next time you want a sub skip Subway, Mr Goodcents and Potbelly and come here! I also love the Las Colinas Location– The guys are great there Greenville Ave is pretty good too. Don’t feel the love as much as the other 2 locations(Probably because I rarely go in there– they don’t know me), but its clean and the subs are delish!
