Jet Cleaners

I start going there because it was close to my home. There are many other places around but I want to give it a try. They are very constant with their work, something that I like. They are fast also, and never miss a date or an hour.
The service is very good, they help me out taking the cloth to my car when I’m holding my daughter or when it’s raining.
Really recommend them.

Always ready on time or earlier. The owner is kind and already pulls my clothes before I can even walk in the door.

The first time there they did a great job. My second visit I got back shirts with wrinkles and it was supposedly starched, I had to re-​iron them all myself. Then to find out, she was not even dry cleaning the shirts, they were just washing them, which is what I had come in and asked for was DRY CLEANING. No wonder it was only $ 1.85 per shirt. I’ll be finding a new dry cleaners.

Very honest! Fast, friendly service at a great price. They also do alterations which makes it incredibly convenient to choose them as a primary cleaner!

For Jet, we need more stars on Unilocal.Not only is Jet very affordable, they do an excellent job, too.
As for the service — superb! I had only been going to Jet for a few weeks when my college son called to say that he had misplaced his fraternity pin. It was attached to one of his shirts when I dropped it for him to be cleaned two weeks prior. I gave him Jet’s location thinking it was a long shot, especially since he had never been in Jet, and I had only been there 3 times.
I was impressed when he later told me about his first trip to Jet in search of his pin. He walked in, said his mom had brought her suits to be cleaned along with 2 of his shirts and 2 pairs of his pants. He simply told her that I was short, a brunette and a banker. She immediately said, «I am sorry. I believe that I have your pin. You must be the son with the nice shirts.» It had been separated from his shirt when cleaning and she had become occupied with other customers before she could put it with the receipt. She then found it the next day and could not find the shirt and ticket to which it belonged. (I had picked up the order during the hectic prior afternoon.)
I had only been in Jet 3 times over a 6 week period, and she already remembered enough to connect my son, whom she had never met, with me. Impressed!

Thanks for the reviews! New to Dallas and hubby was looking for a reasonable cleaner’s near Galleria. I always say, word of mouth means a lot!

My clothes had a nice clean here. A men’s shirt was about $ 1.79 and my blazer was about $ 5. Staff is friendly and they are in-​by-​9-​out-​by-​5, which is very convenient. They also do alterations, which makes them a convenient one-​stop shop.
The Chinese restaurant next door can also have some pretty decent take-​out ready in about 5 minutes, so they’re a good double-​hitter if you need dinner and cleaning.

Excellent service all around. I’ve been to dry cleaners all around the city and this is by far the best one. On my first return visit she not only remembered who I was and had started to get everything ready, but she also started to show off how well they had done with a tiny request I made in passing! How she remembered, I don’t know, but when a dry cleaners starts off by showing you their fine eye for detail, you know it’s a good place.

My down-​stairs Dry Tech closed. Basically they couldn’t keep up with the rent.
I found this place right around the corner of my Alpha Nail salon.
This is another gem, GREAT prices (omg I realized I’ve been paying MORE THAN! Highland park prices!!) and great service too. Quick turn around.

In Dallas there are tons of cleaners, actually they are on just about every corner. What sets this place apart is they do on the spot hems, I had to wait about 10mins for them to do my pants, then only charged $ 5, this was just for a pant leg that the end needed to be sewed back but being able to be in and out so quick deserves 5 stars. The cleaning is great too, the prices are good and being so close to the galleria area is a plus. I live in Grapevine but work in Dallas and would rather take my clothes here.
