Every time I come here they charge me a different amount for the same combo I get. I’ll be going to Jersey Mike’s moving forward. The worker with adult acne was very condescending when I brought this to his attention.

Food is good. Staff is less than excited to be there.

This food will technically keep you alive by providing caloric intake. Unless being«bored to death» is a real thing, in which case this place will put you at serious risk. Seriously, just make a boring sandwich at home.

Jimmy John’s always has the best sandwiches. Their bread is really fresh and so are all the ingredients they use on their sandwiches. I have been here several times since it’s right by my office. The employees are always very friendly when I walk in and quick at making all the sandwiches, even when it is busy. Not really sure why people wrote all these negative reviews… The only issue I have and it’s with all the JJ’s…is that they won’t give you a side of their sauce. They said corporate doesn’t allow it anymore. I just ask for extra on my sandwich and they do it.

Food is decent. Delivery is fast for me but I always order before they open for delivery between 11 and 1130. Now here comes the bad part. Today I ordered delivery for 9 people in my office and was supposed to receive two bags of jalapeño chips both of which I was charged for. However, I only received one bag. Nbd, I’ll call and have a credit applied. Wrong. I was told on the phone that they would credit for the in store price which leaves me out $ 0.40 for something I never received. When I mentioned that this didn’t make sense, I was told that I «would have to live without the $ 0.40». I understand that we’re talking about $ 0.40 which I don’t particularly care about. What I do care about is the way I was treated. I spent over $ 100 on lunch today and over $ 230 in the last two weeks. That is no way to treat someone who gives a company so much business.

Jimmy John’s is good food. My qualm is ALWAYS with the service; this location like so many other JJ’s is not up to par. I order from this location on average once a week. My order is rarely right, but I usually just eat what they send. Sometimes, though I just need a good Turkey Tom! When I call they get super defensive and have one excuse after another. I never want to argue I just want either my money back or a new sandwich. I wish I could just tell the delivery person, but they only stick around if you haven’t tipped them yet.

I ordered a sub for delivery in the late afternoon, after the lunch rush. I order a sub and drink and included a 25% tip with my order. My sub arrived on time but they forgot my drink, the girl leaves before I can say so «since she already tipped’. Called them so they could just remove the drink charge, told that the manager didn’t know how, okay… she calls her boss and then she tells me she can’t because my card has already been charged, okay… bring me my drink then! Another 20 minutes my drink comes sticky with soda splashed everywhere. Bad experience & service! I work a 5– minute-walk away for reference. EDIT: I should say the sub was absolutely delicious I was just highly disappointed in the delivery gals/guys.
