Jimmy John’s

My boyfriend and I just went by right before closing time tonight, and the staff encouraged my boyfriend to stay so they could make him a sandwich and offered to open back up the soda machine for him as well. Above and beyond! Really impressed with how cool these guys were despite our dickish timing. Thanks guys.

I’ve gone in this location three times now and I’ve had delivery at least 10 times to home or work. I think I know this location well.
I do love JJ’s. I like a simple sandwich. I like not having to leave my desk and have something decently healthy to eat within 15 minutes. I like the delivery guys.
I promise you, something will be wrong. They won’t scoop your bread or will scoop if you said not to. They will NOT cut your sandwich in half. It’s just not happening. I’ve said «cut in half» every time for delivery and they haven’t done it once. I know they have a system for making it «freaky fast» but I honestly don’t like the construction of the sandwiches. I like my salad items on top and meat on bottom. Not a meat blanket surrounding my salad parts. I wonder if Jimmy John has eaten one of his own sandwiches lately. When you eat it with a meat blanket going on, all your salad insides fall out really easily. And that kicks my ass.
They also aren’t going to cut your huge pickle in half or quarters, either. Nope, not happening. So then you have to try and cut this huge pickle with a plastic knife at your desk, or try getting that big thing in your mouth. I don’t like doing that, so I usually mangle up my pickle with some fast food plastic spork/​cutlery I have left in my desk. First world problem, yes, but it kicks my ass too.
Jesus that’s a whole lot of bitching for 4 stars. But overall, yeah, I’m glad we have this jernt in the neighborhood and I’m glad they deliver. Maybe I’ll bring them some knives or something so they can start cutting my sandwich and pickle in half.

Super impressed with the customer service here. Way above and beyond. I am a big fan already of Jimmy John’s but more so now.

Finally! About time this area got one of these! Great service and great food!
My personal fave is the gargantuan! Other good ones are the beach club and Vito. I have really enjoyed the bread at this shop– the wheat squares are amazing. When I want something light, I get an Unwhich lettuce wrap with no mayo.
This shop just opened and has really friendly owners and employees. Check it out!
