This is by far one of the laziest KFC’s I have ever been to. My friend and I went here around 10:40 (their grill shuts off at 10:50 which we didn’t know) and went through the drive thru. If you’re going to close your grill down at 10:50, and I get there are 10:40 I would still expect you to take my order so we order they are out of everything!!! So I said ok let me see what else I want then «oh sorry ma’am we just turned off the grill. It was 10:45 you can’t wait 5 more min to make me something and provide good customer service? LAZYyYyYyYy!!! We go by there the next day and I tell the manager Alicia I think her name was and she apparently was there when I was ordering. The manager backed my story and was VERY rude when I asked why their customer service was so terrible. She had a blank stare hahaha! NEVER go to the KFC off of garland and Jupiter!!! PS I put the picture of the lazy smurf on here. Your welcome. :D
