It’s a beautiful day– after all the rain and tornados we’ve had these couple of days. It’s not to busy right now but people are out here getting their fitness on. On any giving time you can come and walk, run, jog if you like. I have seen workout groups on occasion.(Bootcamps) I don’t have kids but have notice kids in uniforms practicing soccer– I guess more doing the summer time. It’s a kid area with slides, a tennis area, and also maybe baseball but don’t quote me on that. I Google it and it said 2.8 miles around. It’s not intimidating because once you get started– it’s over before you know it. Best of all its free. The park does have a qym. It’s been awhile since asking but it wasn’t expensive to join. I believe they still have a ZUMBA class here also. I did that once a long time ago– good class. Rather cold or hot– this is a nice place to come and relax or workout at. P. S. people do bring their dogs here.

Great place to relax and chill with your loved ones. Nice clean area lots room and space to throw a football… have a picnic… a family room… or whatever you choose. Love the fact they have a recreation center here where you can have an inside gathering. The inside of the recreation center is very clean. Don’t come here ofter actually this my first time in a long while I been up here. But I highly recommend you have this on your park and recreation list

What a beautiful park. As we went down to play some tennis here at The Kiest Tennis Club. This Tennis Club is surrounded by beautiful trees and when the weather is perfect like it was for us, its so relaxing as well. These tennis courts are gated in and the courts are well maintained. The park area is also well up kept. There is private tennis practices going on sometimes in the bottom courts and then their is a school that practices till like 5pm most days. Outside of that, it looks as if the courts are open to the community. So if you are in the area, and looking for a place to play tennis for a few hours, this is the place right here!

Played in a youth baseball tourney over the weekend. The field were all dirt infields because they were actually adult softball fields. What was shocking was the home plate was wooden and in bad shape. Restrooms were portojons and you had to walk a little not to reach them.

This is a huge park! Lots of trees, grass, and open spaces. Great place to bring the family for some fresh air. Probably one of the best city parks in the Dallas area. The amenities are many: recreation center, playground areas, outdoor/indoor spaces(for rent), basketball courts, baseball fields, lots of parking lots, and a running/walking/biking trail. The park has a main trail that loops around the park and is about 2 miles long. But if you also add in the side trails, it comes out to about 5K. It’s mostly flat, but it does have some small hills and dips(changes in elevation). It’s been recently renovated, with many parts of the trail being wider. I’m loving the finished product! I met my girl here, so this place will always be special to me.

Eff White Rock! Keist Park has the BEST walking trail in Dallas. Plenty of shade and best of all, no obnoxious bikers or gaggles of running clubs. Aside from the most excellent walking trail, they have a community center, play grounds, soccer fields, tennis courts, picnic areas, EVERYTHING! Plus, I used to have my Girl Scout troop meetings here so I get a little nostalgic every time I visit:-) I love this place!

Big park that is well maintained and has lots of old trees and blossoms that are lovely. Good place for running, has a rose garden, lots of sports fields, ample parking, and indoor and outdoor space to rent/reserve for events. Just wish it was closer to me!
