My 8 year old son was losing his hearing. We went to Dr Kirkham and he thought there might be a problem with one of his ear bones not making contact with the other bones thus causing the hearing loss. After a scan was done, what he thought was correct. He did the surgery by removing the bone and reshaping it then placing it back in. Most doctors would have used a prosthetic bone instead causing my son to have it replaced later in his life. Since he used my son’s own bone, it will last a lifetime. Like the other review stated, he is an «old school» doctor. He doesn’t mess around and gets it done. I like him and find his personality nice and he tells corney jokes. I’ve also seen him myself regarding sinus and vertigo issues. I highly recommend.

This guy is the real deal. He’s old school but has worked with so many singers over the years. If you are a singer and don’t have a regular ENT that you see, Dr. K is the way to go.

I was referred to Dr. Kirkham by my primary after several severe nosebleeds that required trips to the emergency room. Dr. Kirkham’s office worked me in the next day, and after a subsequent nosebleed on a weekend night and another trip to the ER, had me in first thing the next morning. The office staff is very friendly and helpful and Dr. Kirkham is clearly competent and personable. He explained everything that was wrong, what he was going to do to fix it and that is was going to hurt — he was very accurate in that regard =) He fixed my problem and after seeing him for several follow ups, I’m extremely comfortable in his care for my nose related issues. I highly recommend Dr. Kirkham if you are in search of an ENT physician. NOTE: Parking at his office is either the garage($ 2) or Valet($ 6). Spring for the $ 6 and you are steps from the elevators inside. Makes your day much easier over there at the busy hospital.
