I am fortunate to have worked on a home remodel for five years and hire every sort of designer and service provider — from tiling, plumbing, carpentry and roof/​skylight installation. I have a certain patience and respect for the industry and wholeheartedly recommend that you run from working with LandPatterns, Inc.
I paid LandPatterns a $ 125 consultation fee to provide me an overview of suggested work and budget for my backyard. I had to follow up with the company for response after their initial visit and was told to hear any details about their plans I could pay an additional $ 500. What those plans would in anyway entail or what the overall budget would be, I was not able to be informed of. I was told $ 125 only covered them coming to look at my house, which was after I provided them multiple photos of the space and a complete land survey of the home.
LandPatterns, Inc. has the most self-​focused, unprofessional and unorganized employees I have ever worked with. I was called at many odd hours of the day after I had to re-​initiate conversation and after I requested email communication. I was accused of not emailing them things they later found and was given false information on meeting locations that cost me time and henceforth money from my business calendar. They also expected to meet with me one on one at their personal homes which is not only unprofessional but extremely unsafe.
I have tried to really respect and understand the time and budget needs creative work entails, and couldn’t be more disappointed to write a negative review. This business is taking money from families without merit or explanation. Buyer beware!
