Really deserves 0 stars but that’s not an option. Whoever runs this business is extremely rude and unprofessional! HORRIBLEHORRIBLEHORRIBLE! Wouldn’t be surprised if they went out of business soon!

The only reason I gave Lash Addictx one star is because there wasn’t an option of zero stars. I made my first appointment with this place(which isn’t easy to find, by the way) and, when I showed up, a rude receptionist told me that no one was there and that I’d have to come back. It turns out that Lash Addictx rents space in a corporate building and the day I had a scheduled appointment, no one was there. So the receptionist of the building said that the technician had a death in the family and that someone«should have called me.» Sure. After being understanding of the situation, I made another appointment. Forget the fact that it took almost two weeks for some guy named John to call me back after I left two messages. Once I had the appointment, I was hoping that someone would be there to provide the service and, if not, at least call me ahead of time. The day of my appointment, I arrived and the entire building was locked! I couldn’t even get through to the lobby to see where people were. After calling and calling and leaving messages, John(I assume he’s the owner?) called me back to tell me that there was a «misunderstanding» and that they thought my name was Christine(which it is not) and that I had canceled the appointment. He said that if I waited, he could have someone back to do my lashes. How long would I have to wait, was the question I asked in response. «Only about an hour,» he said. Right. Worst customer service experience ever. No courtesy call, no returned phone calls, no apology for the hassle that had no happy ending. Stupidly, I bought a Groupon to Lash Addictx that I’m in the process of being refunded.

I bought a groupon for this place. After calling multiple times for an appointment but not even getting as much as a voicemail, I called groupon to return. Groupon was very nice, called the place, and told me their phone was messed up but I could call now. I called and the earliest appointment I could get for my normal work schedule was 3 weeks away(tomorrow). Well sure enough just got a call from them today saying there was a «family emergency» and the earliest I could reschedule for was 2 wks from now. I felt bad for the family emergency and agreed. Well now that there are reviews on Unilocal and I see that I am not the only one this is happening to, I am calling groupon first thing tomorrow to get a refund. What a horrible business. I am just glad I didn’t go in and actually let them touch my eyelashes. Lesson learned – if it feels sketch and too good to be true, it probably is!

This is the WORST business I have ever dealt with! This is the fist time I have ever even written a review on a business, just because I wanted to be sure that everyone knows how horrible they are and to NEVER go there! I bought a Groupon for eyelash extensions and I called and called almost everyday for 3 weeks to make an appointment before I finally was able to get in touch with someone, however, I gave them the benefit of the doubt because I am sure that they were flooded with calls after the Groupon deal. Next, when I got to the office I waited 55 minutes for my 9:40 appointment until someone actually came to take me back to get my eyelashes done. While I was waiting someone else showed up for their 10:30 appointment(if that tells you how long I was waiting), but again, this really did not bother me, as I had nothing to do for the day. When I got back to the office the eyelash technician said«I don’t know why my assistant scheduled you for this time, she should know I don’t do 9:45 appointments, because I like to give each client an hour for their eyelashes to be done properly». Well, it worried me after she said that and my lashes were done in just over 30 minutes. However, I was very pleased with the end result, was given specific instructions, don’t wet them for 4 hours, only use oil-free make up removed, I followed everything exactly, and was told by the technician that the lashes should last 2 – 4 weeks! Well, this was Wednesday of last week, it is now Tuesday, not ven one week, and my lashes are falling out in clumps and and taking my natural lashes with them! I look ridiculous! For the past 3 days(when they started falling out) I have been calling and calling and leaving messages without any call backs. Finally, just received a call back and was told I could not come in until December 1, even after I explained the situation! Also, friends of mine have had problems with the business as well. This last thing isn’t as big of a deal, but friends who have had their lashes done at other places have received a little mascara wand with no mascara to brush the lashes daily to keep them straight, this place gave me nothing! I have never been more dissatisfied with a business, please save your money and your eyelashes and don’t even bother with this.
