Laundry Limo

I wanted to know where my laundry was going to be sent to if I chose to use their services. Very innocent question in my book. Boy, I was wrong and I will never use or recommend this company either!

Yes. As a potential customer I want to know where my clothes are being taken and cleaned at. I have been a customer at Faulkner’s on Davis for the past 13 years. They do their cleaning at that facility so I am comfortable knowing how my laundry is being treated and cleaned. I would like delivery for my dry cleaning but unfortunately Faulkner’s does not provide that service. I know both Sunshine and Bibbentuckers do their cleaning at their facility or a facility they own. Maybe I should choose one of them considering your rude response is.

My response was not rude but I’m not comfortable telling you who our vendor is. We deemed that as an offensive question. That’s a private relationship. We process all of wash and fold but not dry cleaning. You should have explained that at first. You don’t ask a business to cut out the middle man so you can go straight to them. You would have gotten a more diplomatic response.

I have been using Laundry Limo for about a year now. It is so nice having a reliable company taking care of laundry for us. It is such a big help to our household! They are very professional and their customer service is excellent. I highly recommend them!

I am so glad I found Laundry Limo… My dry-​cleaners refused to wash my comforters, always wanted to dry-​clean and they needed to be washed. I spoke to Reggie the owner and he was very professional and accommodating. I left the comforters outside on my porch the morning Reggie was coming to pick them up and the comforters were delivered to my home 3 days later. They smelled clean and no damaged was done. I will continue to use Laundry Limo and I highly recommend it to anyone that wants the job done correctly the first time!

Used Laundry Limo for the first time a couple of weeks ago and was very impressed. The customer service was outstanding! Very refreshing!!! Will be a long term customer for sure!
