Staff was very thorough and very helpful. They allowed me to take my time with the decision. If I have a complaint it would be that one of the standard fabric covers did not have a representative on the floor. I had assumed navy blue would be a big seller.

Located in the furniture outlet district off Midway. Good selection of recliners and other chairs. Service is very good. Main drawback is little wiggle room for negotiation on price/​delivery and other stuff, and really long wait time to actually get what you ordered. Other than that, the selection and quality seems to be really good. It’s a national brand so it should be that way.
