I’ve only tried this place once. The sub I got was average, but probably better than the Subway across the street. I was expecting a sub shop with a twist, but it only had a little more options than Subway. So if subs are your thing and Subway is getting old, give this place a try…

Not in the mood for greasy sandwiches, I ordered a salad here. Maybe that’s a no-no at Lenny’s but I did it. I was presented with a $ 8 tuna salad that looked and tasted identical to a subway salad. Scratch that, at least subway chops up your salad now and you have it all nicely mixed, even though I’d rather eat anything other than Subway these days. Anyway, my food took too long to receive and everyone that went with me had stomach aches after their greasy sandwiches. I mean, the staff was nice, even though they didn’t have spoons or plastic knives. Maybe I should just avoid this place if ever in Dallas again? Yeah, that’s what I’ll do.

Not bad but really not good either. My turkey sandwich tasted somewhat like tuna. I checked and it looked like turkey. I didn’t get sick so I threw in an extra star.

Might be the biggest wast of my money! I ordered the buffalo chicken salad hoping for a healthier choice. When I ordered I was clear with the lady whose English was suspect at best. This should have been my first warning. I ordered my salad with only chicken, lettuce and tomato. What I received was a big old mess of melted cheese, fried onions, green peppers with warm lettuce. It was so disgusting that I threw it in the trash and walked over to Subway for a decent lunch. Never again Lenny you got me once.

I’ve worked a couple blocks away from here for 3 years and have never gone before today. Now I know why. I ordered a regular buffalo chicken sub and it’s awful. Nothing on it besides cheese and chicken and sauce. No texture. No flavor. It was served flattened like someone had stepped on it. Never going back.

It’s not cheap, but it’s worth it. Don’t freak out though, it’s still a sub shop and far from expensive. Delicious fresh ingredients and the pepper relish is delish!

Got a #2 Italian Sub togo. Fresh Ingredients yet not enough flavor. Needed something else.

Had the philly cheesesteak. It was pretty good. Sandwich(reg) was great lunch sized sandwich. Lenny’s has its own line of chips. Way better than Subway. Next time I will try one of the subs.

Love the sandwiches, but this review is simply for the cheesesteak, the cheesesteak from a sub chain. It is the best one I have had in Texas, except for Fred’s Downtown Philly. I was hesitant about ordering it the first time but I was pleasantly surprised. I am sure I could get a better one off the streets of Philly, but for what it is, its darn good. Philly steak on white with hot peppers on the side is the way to go!

Lenny’s over Subway ANYDAY! Hot pepper relish = Came to Dallas for a tournament, and my friend says you HAVE to go to Lenny’s. I was kind of skeptical at first because I wasn’t really in the mood for subs, but sooo glad I went. I ordered the Club Sub loaded(minus the bacon & pickles) on wheat kaiser combo. It was packed with meat(unlike the skimpy 2 sliices @ Subway!) and juicy and flavorful. The relish adds a really good touch, but I did wipe some off since it was a bit much. Went again later in the week and tried the Grilled Chicken Philly. I liked the Club Sub better — just had more flavor, especially with the hot relish. Service is great — really friendly and quick!

I applied for a job here, but ended up going for another company. The manager was a great guy and showed me around. The place is spotless and they really care about customer service. It felt like a sense of family. The food is great and quick. Everything was fresh and I will definitely be back.

I’ve never been to Philadelphia, so for all I know this cheesesteak sucks, but for what I have had around here, it is very good. And for being one of the few good places to eat around a downtown office, Lenny’s is a solid choice. The sandwiches, however, aren’t the cheapest. For a sandwich and chips and a drink, you’re out of there at around $ 10. But, get the cheesesteak and ask for the pepper relish on it.

I’ve been coming here so often that the staff knows what I’m going to order before i leave the house. Everybody is friendly and professional and it is managed properly. The bread is soft and fresh like Jimmy johns but the sandwiches taste more homemade like jersey mikes. If you’ve never been here, give it a chance and you’ll fall in love. The funny thing is that there’s a subway right across the street that I never go to anymore since I found lenny’s.

Decent sub if you cant find a Mr Goodcents, Which which or Jersey Mike’s around. The bread and meat taste fresh but they lose points for the weird lettuce and the ungodly amount of salt they put on their sandwiches. Try the Italian with salami, ham, capicolla, pepperoni and mortadella… good stuff… the hot spicy relish was pretty good too!

Appears to be very popular. Mostly for a lack of above-ground alternatives.

Suck it, Jared. Lenny’s is the best of the bunch when it comes to chain sub shops… at least for the sandwich that I like to eat. I stick with the #2(Italian Sub). Some ham; some prosciutto; some capicola; some provolone. Make sure you get plenty of the hot pepper relish. Oh. My. God. If you’re not a super-big eater, you can get a «kid’s meal», which is really just a slightly smaller sandwich that comes with a cookie, drink, and chips for about $ 6.00. If you work for AT&T you get a discount on Fridays; if you work for the Man, it’s a discount on Mondays.
