I no longer have a swimming pool, but came in with a friend who does and so this review is as an observer. My friend needed a particular pool sweep part and was unsure of what he really needed to fix his problem. I was impressed that the clerk really took the time to find out what model he had, what it was doing and figure out the problem he was having. They did not have the particular part in stock and so they ordered it and it was back quickly and fixed the problem… very impressive, especially given the lack of preparedness my friend had when he came in for their help.

I am new to the pool owning game. I didn’t know much about pools and maintaining the right water. Thankfully, the people at Leslie’s are extremely knowledgable and helpful. Every time I go in there, I have a problem with my water and a ton of questions. They take their time with me and answer all my questions.
Prices? Well, they aren’t any worse than any other pool supply store. If you have a pool, get ready for extra expenses. The store is clean, lots of options and it is never very busy. Plenty of parking too.
