I loveeee Liberty Burger. I used to go all the time when I lived in Addison and I’m glad to have found this location. Their chicken sandwich is incredible. And this location is really nice on the inside with really nice/helpful staff!

Only been here once — If I go again maybe I’ll have a better experience, but I would call my first one here«okay.» The patty should have been seasoned more, and the chocolate milk shake I ordered wasn’t very chocolaty. The ingredients all seemed good, and the service is great. Probably a good place to get drinks and apps.

Let me begin by the entrance itself, people were friendly the displays were just to amazing. I thought it was touch screen, but it was crisp clear display of what I could be eating. The food is amazing, the Nooner took me to heaven, I’m usually not a egg fan but this egg gave it flavor!!! My friend has not eaten ham in three years, because she doesn’t like it. But the Nooner change her life. She ate ham that day and found out it had and still ate it. She now loves hams. This may sound like a joke but this is a real moment. Liberty burger is amazing!

New-ish to the area, it took a little while for this to pop up on my radar but has fast become a favorite! Completely crave-worthy! I’ve had the Baby Bella both times I’ve been and it’s going to take a lot to get me to order anything else… that sauce is amazing! Friendly manager who was present on both my visits which is always nice to see. Clean, convenient parking, great mix of people. Down side… beer is a little pricey though.

Good burgers, but not my favorite. They have specialty burgers kinda like Hop Doddy but I think Hop Doddy is a better IMO. I had the Napa burger with wild arugula, gorgonzola, basil garic aoli, and roasted tomatoes. I don’t usually have tomatoes on a burger but the roasted tomatoes were really good. I though the fries were kinda meh. I didn’t get a beer but they did have several local beers on tap, which is a plus. It is a quick-serve concept so you order at the front and they bring your food to you. The service was quick but I was there at a slow time. I like the location. I thought it was pretty good and if a friend wanted to go there, I wouldn’t have a problem, but I don’t think I would choose that place just because I am a little partial to some other burger places.

Late lunch weekday visit, found a shady spot near the door, which based on reviews didn’t think would happen. Vibe /layout /décor very Hop Doddyish. Ordered Baby Bella for $ 8.50, arrived promptly. Bun was touted as fresh baked, it was light and airy, in fact a bit too light and airy, as the bottom bun almost disintegrated half way thru. Granted the Bella is messy, lots of sauce. Meat was a bit crunchy on the edges, guess a bit too flattened on the grill. The amount of meat was less than expected compared to other $$ burger places. Mushrooms and accompanying large onion ring were nice, but the sauce overpowered everything. While the burger was tasty, compared to other places with similar options, would have to say these guys are lower middle of rankings based on the Baby Bella.

Food is good, but the to-go situation is AWFUL! Every single time I place a to-go order, they say it will be 15 minutes and it is at least 30 – 45 minutes until I get my order. The staff is run by high schoolers, no one over the age of 18 in sight. I keep giving it a shot, but as I am typing this review, I have already waited 20 minutes over when they said it would be ready on the phone. The staff looks confused and disorganized. The manager needs to be here making sure this doesn’t happen to customers. I have seen many unhappy customers, one being myself.

So good. I had the Chillerno, a simple salad with balsamic vinaigrette and sweet potato fries. The Chillerno is awesome, check out their website for the ingredients. I almost ate it all before remembering to take a picture. I got medium rare on the rare side, but you can get it however you like. So cheesy and lots of mild Poblano peppers. The barbecue sauce is awesome. The fries were crispy on the outside and mooshy on the inside, the way sweet potatoes should be! The simple salad was green leaf lettuce and some other lettuce I don’t know, but it was great also. Worth every penny.

I love coming here with my boyfriend! He gets a burger and I always get the chicken tenders with fries ! But we can’t forget the milkshake, there the best milkshakes in Dallas!

I went here in large part because of the very positive reviews, and I must they that they are mostly right. I got the Wild West burger and asked for extra BBQ sauce because I had read that someone said it needed more. The burger was cooked medium as I requested. The bacon was good quality. I do think, however, that the burger could use even more sauce. When I get a BBQ burger I want it juicy and messy. The bites with extra sauce were good but other parts were kind of dry. Overall, I liked the burger but don’t think that Liberty comes close to Hopdoddy Burger Bar. I really liked the skinny fries and would return just to get those. I think this is a solid burger and I can imagine returning. Parking is limited and what is available is shared by many stores. The restaurant can be a bit tough to find as it is tucked away off the street.

Tonight was my second time ordering take out. Last time I had the chicken sandwich with skinny fries. It was delicious! The bread and avocado are on point. Tonight I ordered the veggie burger and sweet potato fries. It was my first veggie burger, and I was impressed. I asked for ranch which was an additional .50 cents. I think the burger would’ve been pretty dry without it. The veggie burger was surprisingly filling, could hardly eat more than half. Not sure if it was worth $ 15 for a burger, fries and a drink. But seems to be typical nowadays. Overall good burger joint with healthier options.

Great food and service every time I go here! I also want to Point out that they have a great staff that keeps the place noticeably in order and clean. So many places these day are plain dirty!

This time had the Austin Blues burger with no onion. It has fried pickle, brisket, patty with a tangy sauce on top. Not to shabby but sauce can be a little to sweet but still a good burger.

This place has morphed into one of my favorite burger places. I ordered a bison burger with fries and a beer. All were great. A member of our party also tried a shake and he liked it. Great place

This is a very good burger, and has a nice niche in the landscape of Dallas premium burger joints. To me, Liberty is most comparable to the new Dugg Burger, with Dugg getting the edge with a better(higher) burger/bun ratio, plus unlimited no extra charge top notch ingredients. Also, both of these patties weigh in noticeably less than the 8 ounce norm that Hopdoddy, Harvey B’s, and many others weigh in at, close to 5 ounces or so by my subjective estimate. If you live close to a Liberty Burger, you have a fine reason to go there often.

It lives up to it’s name because it was liberating! I had the traitor and it was hands down the best grilled chicken sandwich in Dallas. A must eat before you die!

Best burger in Dallas hands down. Every burger I have tried is awesome! My favorite two are The Napa(must try if you like Gorgonzola) and the Baby Bella. Whenever I’m feeling like I want to be semi healthy I get it over lettuce instead of on a bun and its a delicious salad. The quality of the beef is heads above every other burger joint we have been to in Dallas. The chicken sandwich is also delicious. Also, they have a fantastic local beer selection and the BEST adult milkshakes in town. The employees are always attentive and on top of it. My only complaint is that I don’t love their sides… the sweet potato fries are just ok and the onion rings have a weird flavor. My husband loves them so it’s personal taste I guess. Definitely give them a try. You won’t be sorry!

I love Hopdoddy’s burgers, but the fact that there is none to be found east of 75 necessitated a visit here, which was actually suggested by one of their staffers(whose name I will not mention here). I had heard good things about Liberty Burger from some of my other friends, so we decided to give it a shot. The choices are very comparable to those of Hopdoddy, which was cool. I ordered the basic Liberty burger with skinny fries. They are very specific when they ask you how you want it cooked, which is great(I don’t like any pink). The choices of cheeses are awesome, and the flavors are also super close to Hopdoddy;s. Juicy beef patty, fresh veggies… yum! The skinny fries were a hit with us also, since we hate thick fries that get soggy quickly. You can even ask to have them made«extra crispy». We’ve returned several times, and the quality has always been consistent. I think we found our new burger place!

GIVEMELIBERTY! I live abroad and a good quality burger is all I want when I’m home. That’s what I got! Beer flight = UH-MAZING Burger was tasty, quality meat, cooked exactly how I wanted it(medium, that means they’re confident in the quality of their cows) Fun experience, friendly staff, perfect location, great food, what else do you need?

My first time visitor, I think I could be a lifetime fan. I avoided the lunch & dinner rush by going around 2pm in the afternoon. At that time it was fairly empty and quiet. I guess the trend these days is to have a full bar in a burger joint and Liberty Burger has one. So if you’re the type that wants a glass of wine or another tasty beverage, you don’t have to look far. Even thought this is a burger joint, I ordered the Traitor, which is a tasty chicken sandwich. Swiss cheese, apple-wood smoked bacon, onion, avocado, lettuce, tomato and basil garlic aioli served on a healthy multi-grain bread. I’m a sucker for a strawberry shake & there was no way to avoid ordering one. I have to admit that the shake was fairly impressive. I’m normally a fan of the thick chunky shake, but this one was light, tasty with whip cream & a cherry. Considering my order came out quickly and the flavor. I think I’ve found a new chicken sandwich spot! The location doesn’t have a drive through and parking can be challenging in the area, but it’s worth the extra effort.
