Lifetime Walls

Let me share my experience with one of their subcontractors that is trying to screw one of our clients over. Its amazing how unethical this man can be.
We met with Avi a representative of Lifetime Walls. We agreed on a price to subcontract a part of a project to him. In turn a week later, decided to add a change order and demand addition money. Without sending any invoice, or statements or proof of why he is charging roughly a thousand dollars more.
After that, he went behind our back and went forth and placed a lien on our customers house. The representative Avi would not meet us at a neutral place to release the contract and get paid. He asked for us to mail the check and for him to release our client of the liability. After paying in full, he has yet to get in contact with us and send us official documentation that he is releasing our client from the city.
One of the worst experiences we could ever have with a subcontractor. Unethical is not the word to explain this guy. Irresponsible, ignorant and disgraceful.
PS. The Company Lifetime walls has no official corporate phone#. Nor do they have an address in Los Angeles, CA. Its supposedly a Texas based company that has a warehouse. The warehouse is abandoned. Its a fraud! Do not deal with them as a contractor, nor as a subcontractor. The end result is negative all around!
