I had a time slot scheduled from 9am-12 pm and didn’t receive a courtesy call until 12:06 pm. The tech showed up around 12:10 pm. I called about a leaky hose bib on the side of my house. I walked around to the side of the house with the tech and he just stood there. I had to turn on the water myself. He then looked and said that he didn’t see a leak. I had to call my husband on speaker phone for him to confirm that the hose bib did leak and he asked if we had hooked up a hose to the pipe, of which was not done. I grabbed the water hose from the backyard and attached it to the hose and guess what, there were leaks. He attempted to tighten the one of the nuts on the hose but it still leaked. Finally he had to actually go get some tools from his truck to fix the leak. The entire time his manner was so disinterested in fixing the problem that required the call. It floors me that I had to be the one to turn on the water and get a water hose to even diagnose the problem. If my warranty company suggests that I use them again the future, they will have to make another recommendation.

Do NOT use this company. Extraordinarily rude over the phone and generally unhelpful at best. Refused to allow me access to a supervisor and shuffled me off the phone indicating there was nothing else they could do for me. American Home Shield refers to this company for plumbing. We had a repair that IS covered since it was primer/glue stuff for PVC that had failed or was improperly installed. These idiots tried to tie the problem to soil movement that is NOT a covered thing through AHS. Problem? There is no soil movement. These guys are BADNEWS… do not walk but rather run from them and their horrid customer service.

Atrocious behavior from office manager, «Alvena». I was referred to this company by American Home Shield. Alvena was rude from the start of the conversation. I called her on it, she got mad at me for doing so, and said she was going to call American Home Shield and cancel the order. Alvena refused to give me her supervisor’s name nor would she let me talk to anyone else. I can’t believe that the office manager of this company does not have basic customer service skills.

I won’t use them again. Had an appointment scheduled and took the day off work. They were scheduled between 3pm to 6pm. They called around 12:00 and stated their tech was running early and could only come in the next hour. I was running errands since they were scheduled between 3:00 to 6:00pm. They refused to come out during the scheduled time. They do not seem customer service oriented.

DONOTUSETHEM!!! Our home warranty people referred us to them… they don’t believe in courtesy times(as if they are the only people that work!). They considered themselves generous in giving us courtesy time… but when I got here the van was sitting in front of my neighbors house and a sticker on my door — sorry we missed you. I purposely parked in my driveway in case that was him for our house…5 mins later the truck was gone. I called, the lady gave me the song and dance about the courtesy call and wait… I told her your company acts as if people don’t work! She told me the guy left our address at 10:20am, I told her he lied that I was not here, because I pulled up at 10:16(I know this because I sent a text to my husband at 10:17 telling him no one was here)…so if that was the guy here, he lied that I still was not here because my car was in the driveway!!! Again, she goes into the song and dance about courtesy call and that they don’t generally do it and that she can get someone out tomorrow afternoon. Meanwhile we are to sit in this HOT house!!! DON’T USETHESEPEOPLE. unless of course you don’t work and are at home all day! Good Luck!
