Bad attitude. Mumbles on the phone. Said he’d have someone out in 20 – 30 minutes since I was so close to where they dispatch from. An hour and fifteen minutes later and no one had arrived so I called. Matt says the truck broke down and that he’s on his way. Yea, right… I asked if it would be another hour and fifteen minutes since they were apparently short a truck and at that point Matt hung up on me. Do NOT use this company.

I was sent this tow service through my AT&T roadside assistance program. Extremely rude! Horrible service! Took an hour & a half to get there-charged me more than he quoted me & refused to explain why there was a difference in cost & hung up in my face! His employees are incompetent & gave me a plethra of misinformation. If you ever use AT&T’s roadside assistance specifically request NOT to have this jerk off come anywhere near you or your wallet-he’s a thief! Extremely unethical, shady business. Steer clear of this company!!!

This guy is also the owner of DFW Roadside Assistance. He prides himself in being able to get to your car in 30 minutes. Well, he took exactly 1 hour and 10 minutes to get to me. I ran out of gas on HWY75 and he immediately made me pay $ 60 over the telephone for just 2 gallons of gas. I asked him how long it would take and he said he would have a driver contact me ASAP. The driver didn’t contact me for 15 minutes. And when I spoke to the driver, he assured me it would only be 15 minutes before he got there. Long story short, the driver didn’t even have any gas ready to give me! He had to stop at a gas station and fill up before delivering it to me! What kind of business is this? The owner/dispatcher was also very rude.
