I have used McShan several times, and every experience has been top notch. I have used them for funeral arrangements as well as romantic arrangements, and I can’t say enough positive things about this florist. The website is easy to use. The arrangements are as promised and are a much better value than the national florists. Beyond all, though, is the update of status throughout. On the morning of delivery, I get a photo of the arrangement. Then, I get notice when it is out for delivery and again once delivered. I have been extremely pleased with each delivery.

Wow. That about sums it up. We got our personal flowers from McShan for our wedding (bouquets and boutonnières), and the entire experience from start to finish with them was amazing. Gabby talked with me about what I wanted for my flowers for about an hour during my appointment with her. She brought me samples of flowers and we designed arrangements that I felt fit my vision perfectly. When the flowers were delivered (delivery was so affordable, too!), I literally gasped when I saw them. Completely gorgeous. My flowers were so vibrant! They even had to make substitutions since a few flowers I had requested (dahlias) were right at the end of their season and not looking so hot. I couldn’t believe just how beautiful everything turned out. My bridesmaids were in love with their bouquets, too (we went with mango calla lilies for them). Thank you, McShan!

Wow — randomly found McShan through google/​yelp. Ordered some flowers to be delivered to my GF’s workplace. Within an hour of placing the online order, I received a picture of the bouquet that was being sent — and it looked even better than the website! The flowers arrived promptly, and I was given notification of their departure and delivery. This entire order/​delivery was within four hours. Very impressed. Will definitely use McShan again!

I was motivated to write this review after my last experience. I made a mistake of having my order delivered to the wrong address but somehow between the driver and the dispatcher they were able to figure it out and delivered it to the correct address. The people here are very helpful. I’ve used Mcshans ever since high school. Their products always seem to last. Linda is very informative and willing to help on any questions you have.

Growing up in Dallas during the 80s, McShan was always one of the best in town and they still are. After having disastrous service from some online florists, we gave Mcshan a try for Mother’s Day flowers and they exceeded our expectations. They even emailed us a picture of our arrangement we ordered. Good old fashioned service and reasonable prices.

Lets just say that i do not normally take my time to write reviews for places that i find out on Unilocal.I took time out my extremely busy day to address how awesome the email updates were with my order that i placed today.
Called in to order some flowers for my boss who lost a family member. I was unable to reach some within 5 – 10 min. So i placed the order online, got email updated every stage of the process including a pic of the actual product. The pic looked very similar to the one posted on their website/​menu.

Sometimes bad things happen and the result is something good. The bad thing for me (1800flowers) led me to a real good thing (McShan Florist), and I’ll never make the mistake of dealing with the bad thing again.
After trying to send flowers to my fiancé for Valentine’s Day through 1800flowers and it turning into a huge fiasco, I looked on Unilocal to try and find someone local that I could directly deal with. I found McShan and put in my order.
They have a huge selection. Unfortunately I only dealt with them through their website, but I found everything that I needed easily. The flowers were delivered right on time, and she was pleased (that’s really all that matters). I love the way that they send you a pic of your order right before the arrangement is sent off so you know exactly what you’re getting.
Local shop, good service, on time delivery, great product… they cover all the bases in the local flower game.
