The night crew is very slow and the fact that we were waiting in line while the guy named Cesar completely ignored us to help order one of the employees some food, I felt like I was not acknowledge in there, especially to the fact that he gave me a bad face throughout the whole transaction.

overly salted fries are ok but. not being able to get the right sauce is not ok. and then feeling a language barrier about why i need the extra sweet and sour is a big no no :(
