I went to McDonald’s at A17 for quick bite to eat during layover and ordered a 10 piece chicken McNuggets meal. When I got on my next flight, I looked in my bag and they didn’t give me any sauce. Then, I opened the box and there were only 9 nuggets. Last time I go to this McDonalds. There are much better options with better customer service.

Elbert said they ran out of ketchup. Lol. My sister ordered some food and when he gave her the bag he yelled at her to give the bag back. He incompetently gave her the wrong stuff and then he gave it back to her with the right order she asked for ketchup and he said«ma’am we are out of ketchup» in a flustered manner. 1.) how many times have u asked for ketchup? Literally every time I go fast food, I’m asking for ketchup so this isn’t a rare thing. 2.) if McDonald’s doesn’t have ketchup, is this what they were speaking of when hell freezes over? When pigs fly? I went back out of principle to get ketchup. Salt lick had a pump so I could have gone there but I went to the short lady and she gave me some and when I told her the tall black guy said they were out of ketchup, did you guys get a new shipment just now, she just laughed. Elbert, relax dude and do your job, you aren’t doing favors for anyone, this is what you are getting paid to do.

HIGHLY disappointed in this Micky D’s location. I had a short layover in DFW, and wanting a snack, I stopped by to get my trademark order of French fries and an Oreo McFlurry. In doing so I passed by a few other good options in the Terminal, such as Qdoba, Salt-Lick BBQ, TGI Friday’s(can’t really count Popeyes), so I was expecting to be satisfied. Unfortunately, I was not. The issue? Their McFlurry machine was broken. Devastating news. Now understand one thing — I’m a simple man. I don’t ask for much, but I do ask for one thing from McDonald’s: Don’t mess with my McFlurry obsession. You just don’t do it. Only thing preventing me from giving them only a single star was the fact that the good came out quick, putting me out of my misery early. Thank god. Le t’s hope they get their stuff together soon so you don’t have to experience this type of letdown as well.

October 5, 2011 Wednesday — lunch 12:30PM Myself Atmosphere — 4 stars Food — 4 stars Service — 5 stars Background — I would have loved to gone to one of the Bar B Q places they have at the airport but it was a rush just to get lunch. Atmosphere — Located in the back of a food court the place is over crowd and hard to move around. I am glad I did not have my roller carryon bag with me. Food Appetizer — really. Main Course — Went with number 3 value meal, if you call that a value meal. It is a Quarter Pounder with Cheese, fries and a coke. The high volume do at this location allows for a fresh burger that did not sit prepared under a heat lamp waiting for someone to order it. It went down with easy. The fries that was a different sorry, they were also fresh and cooked well. But the amount of salt on was too much. I did not even finish them. Dessert — No time for that today. Service — The order was taken promptly and a number was given to me. They had you a little baggy which had a bundle of napkins for you and a straw. By the time I got my straw in my drink and threw away the wrapper the meal was ready. Future — Nothing against this McDonald’s but I rather eat another interesting restaurants they have at DFW, hopefully I will get back to Terminal D when I have some time on my hands.
