Food ok! Service and acknowledge is seriously two thumbs down. When they mess up on an order you won’t get an apology and to make matters worse you still have to pay even when the food was taken back. Poor service they definitely lost their business with me and the family! Don’t recommend this place.

I had the guisado de res and it was fairly good. The place is a tiny dive that is run a family, obviously as the name implies. The homemade corn tortillas were delicious.

The family that runs this joint is awesome. Such nice people! The food is your typical truck stop fare… greasy burgers, fries, etc. People from the neighborhood don’t typically eat here, rather, this place services many of the industrial workers who inhabit the factories along Singleton Blvd. during weekdays. It’s only open for breakfast and lunch. If you are in the mood for American food and happen to be in West D, this is your spot.
