Meggie Francisco Events

A few months before our wedding date, my husband and I decided to change the location of our wedding from a destination wedding to a wedding at home to accommodate more friends and family. We had decided to maintain our relationship with our wedding planner from Los Angeles since we had paid her most of her dues, and make most arrangements ourselves with her help and guidance. A couple of months passed (a few more months closer to the wedding date), and we were feeling lost and overwhelmed with the planning process.
When Meggie came into the picture and from our initial meeting, Ben and I knew that she was the one for us. The entire year prior, we had met with multiple planners, many of them with great personalities — but none of them did we both JUST KNOW. We knew from that initial meeting that her passion was unquestionable, that we would be in good, capable hands, that she would make our needs her priority, and that we could trust her fully with our special day. Ben and I left feeling that initial meeting at once relief and excitement.
In just a few months, Meggie had guided us through coordinating A-​Z, making sure everything was the way we wanted it. She made the whole process not only easy but fun! Meggie was a consummate organizational professional and a master of her craft, helping us navigate the big and small details with unwavering optimism. Meggie exceeded all of our expectations and delivered us the perfect wedding celebration.
To this day, our friends and family still tell us what a great time they had at our beautiful wedding. We can not convey how much of this we owe to Meggie. Most of all, she was (and is) a pleasure to be around and we are happy to call her our friend. Thank you Meggie!

To say that Meggie Francisco did an immaculate job as our wedding planner would be an enormous understatement.
Besides choosing to marry each other, selecting Meggie to plan our wedding has proven to be the best decision we’ve made to date.
After about 11 months of planning solo, we hired Meggie to help us pull everything together.
We had about three months left, and considering the remaining items on the list, we needed a miracle — quickly!
The miracle came packaged as a bubbly brunette with a spunky and fun-​loving personality.
One of the many exceptional characteristics that you’ll notice immediately is Meggie’s pristine attention to detail.
She leaves no loose ends, she is diligent, and does it all with a smile.
I’m sure Meggie works with multiple couples at a time, but she was always available to us, and we never felt neglected.
She went above and beyond any and every expectation we had.
We were blown away by her creativity — there was nothing she was not willing to tackle on.
She came up with ingenious ideas that helped us stay within our budget without compromising on quality.
She even made custom escort cards for our guests and was not the least bit intimidated by 13-​letter Nigerian names.
The week of our wedding, she provided a thorough day-​of timeline for vendors (minute-​by-​minute), and a more general one for our bridal party and family members. This was incredibly helpful in keeping everyone informed and on the same page.
Meggie is punctual, organized, accommodating, poised… she’s pretty much a magician! :)
In all sincerity, she is one-​of-​a-​kind!
There was absolutely no way we could have pulled off a 400-​guest count Nigerian/​American wedding so beautifully.
I dare not fail to mention that our wedding day just so happen to be the coldest February 27^th in Texas history, which meant snow! (Thanks Princess Elsa!)
Considering we live in Texas, three inches of snow is pretty much the apocalypse to some people, lol!
I did not hear one complaint from Meggie. She was focused, and made sure we enjoyed every moment of our special day.
In fact, I got feedback from our family and friends that she constantly checked on them, and was so courteous and kind.
Her service transcends beyond the wedding day.
Meggie continued to reach out to us and made sure we had everything squared away for our honeymoon!
I could never run out of the kindest things to say about Meggie and her entire team.
We are extremely lucky and honored to have had the pleasure of working with Meggie for the remainder of our wedding planning process.
