I have visited different dermatologists. Dr. Jerold is the best so far. He gave me a prescription that didn’t thin my skin. Unlike, other dermatologists that prescribed be steroid without examine my skin condition, Dr. Jerold asked me to get a blood exam. His diagnosis and treatment were right. I paid $ 55 since I didn’t have an insurance. My next follow ups were free.

I have been going to this doctor for more than 20 years. He is the most personable and professional doctor I visit. His services are excellent and the charges are always fair. He is very busy, so you much have an appointment. Most charges are covered by Medicare or your insurance. His waiting room will be very busy however they call patients almost minute by minute. They do not call you to remind you of your appointment thus be sure and mark your appointment date on your calendar. Every procedure that the doctor has preformed on me has been successful.

When a local clinic told me I had scabies, began a nightmare of toxic creams, endless washing of clothes, a plastic barricaded apartment, paranoia and responses to how are you that were, «Itchy and Scratchy’. My skin got worse and worse with sulfur soap scrubs, and holistic oil remedies that my Father ordered online. My friendly neighbor Tom, who is now retired from the Dallas County Health Department recommended this older experienced guy, who whirled into my waiting room, took some skin samples ordered me some high strength hydrocortisone cream and sent me reassuredly on my way, that I didn’t have scabies anymore if I ever did. Why didn’t I go to this guy in the first place? My red welts have vanished in days, but my apartment is still covered in painters tarps for fear of cooties that, from many friends with similiar stories, seems to be a more common happening and misdiagnosis than I ever imagined. My hoistic nurse friend Nancy said, the Universe must have been telling you to get rid of some unhealthy attachments, and that she was kind of lonely when her scabies went away. «I all of the sudden missed my friends.» For a $ 50 walk in visit without insurance Dr. Michealson is a real friend that can quickly help you get rid of anything unwanted. Conveniently located just off Central Expressway off Walnut Hill.
