We called for a towing service and was told it would take an hour for him to show up. Hour goes by and no sign, so we called back. The man would be here within 15 – 16 minutes, 35 minutes later he finally shows up telling us the dispatcher notified him 15 minutes prior to showing up. Now we find out they can’t tow our car because he doesn’t have the cab room for an additional 2 people. So we have to wait for another wrecker to show up. Horrible, horrible service!!!
