I really wanted to like this place. I kept coming back, giving it a total of four attempts/different hair cuts. Cuts were uneven/lopsided, there were missed strands of longer hair, and while I appreciated her not taking too much off, she would barely take any hair off, to the point where it barely even looked like he had had his hair cut. I won’t be coming back, unfortunately.

We absolutely love Miss Ginger! My almost-4-year old has never had his hair cut by anyone else, and he never will as long as she is cutting hair. My son has curly, fine hair, and she knows exactly how to make it look fantastic. He actually looks forward to going. I love how Miss Ginger speaks directly to him, and she has a great box of toys and lollipops. I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend her!

Horrible service. Please do not come here. You can only schedule appointments online and cannot actually schedule an appointment with a person. I scheduled my appointment online and my husband was turned away because Miss Ginger allegedly had no record of the online appointment. My husband left work early to take our 13 month old to his appointment. Miss Ginger was very rude and dismissive of him and said she did not believe he made an appointment and could not work him into her schedule. This is horrible customer service. Please do not waste your time coming here. There are many more professional hair salons that go above and beyond for their clients.
