AVOID DAVID AT ALL COSTS. I walked out of the store humiliated today. I have bought more than 10 Pens from this store in the last 2 years, and David treated me like I was some kind of vagrant trying to run a scam. I brought in a defective pen and he actually accused me of breaking it myself. I have him 3 chances to make it right as well, and he huffed and sighed and shook his head.
The store as well as everyone else that works there (other than David) is top notch.

Bedford, TX
The Mont-​Blanc store in Dallas is a very nice larger Mont Blanc boutique. They have a wide variety of all Mont Blanc products. They also have a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I hadn’t shopped there in a few months and the young man remembered he had helped me with refills near Christmas time. That was a nice personal touch. They’re refills are cheaper than the Mont Blanc refills you can get from Office Depot. I always prefer the actual boutique to get my products. This store is def. worth the drive from DFW.
