This place is absolutely awful. The clerk at the desk was extremely rude to my mother(making her cry and at one point throwing receipts and card keys at her). The room wasn’t clean and the beds were very uncomfortable. It’s in a bad area, right across the street from a strip club. There were drug dealers and prostitutes in the parking lot. I’ve never had a problem with Motel 6 before, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had with this company.

The worst place ever I have been to. I wanted to do laundry and needed some quarters but on reception made me wait 5 min and promised me to give change but after they told me we can change only 2 dollars and yelled«go to the gas station! It’s not my business!» Then I went to the laundry … OMG! What a GROSS ! It’s so disgusting… They haven’t cleaned it for many years … There was nothing in the room but bar of soap, so I went to ask for some shampoo when this psycho at the front desk started to yell again and shut the door in front of my face and told me to talk to the manager in the morning. WORSTCUSTOMERSERVICEANDTHEWORSTPLACETOSTAY! P. S.: no cockroaches yet but the has just begun .lol

Gross. First room they gave us was full of cockroaches and had no phone. It was also near the dumpsters and was overflowing with trash. Like it hadn’t been picked up in weeks. Second room wasn’t as bad but still had roaches. They are in the process of remodeling so hopefully it will be better.

This is the most depressing place ever. They have a pool, which looks like a vat where Anthrax is brewed. The room is an upstairs«queen» bed single, but its wrapped in plastic, thanfully, so I don’t have to see what I’m sleeping in. The towls are clean, I think. Certainly fresher than the hooker urine in the breezeway. The television is an old school 19″ tube with a surprisingly reasonable channel lineup. One star, because I think this would be a good place to commit suicide.

Not impressed I only go to motel 6 due to there pet policy aka I don’t have to pay extra. Ok so that being said I use motel 6 about 2 a month on business. The tile was not put down properly fall hazard. The bed very old and stiff as a board except for the dip in the middle of bed. Easy check in and out.

I get it. This place isn’t the Four Seasons. But I’ve stayed at Motel 6(and similar establishments) before with no concerns. I’m going to summarize everything that went horribly wrong with my stay here. 1. Shady area. I forgot to do my research, but let’s just say I would not recommend going outside unless it’s to your car to drive far, far away from this place. 2. Towels had a disgusting clump of long brown hair. For the record, mine is black. 3. No wifi password to be found. 4. Tried to use in-room phone to call front desk for wifi. Phone did not work. Didn’t even have a tone. Yes, it was plugged in. 5. Called front desk using my cell phone. No answer 3 separate times. The guy was also always outside smoking or whatever, never inside at the desk. Which is probably why the phone was never answered. Regardless of whether I was checking in, asking for a different room due to smoke, or checking out, he was outside. Furious at my entire stay, I filled out one of those comment cards they left in the room and handed it to the guy with my contact information as I left since I was in a hurry to be somewhere. Seeing all the 1s and probably worried about the security of his job, he probably crumpled it up as I didn’t hear back. A few days later, I filled out their survey which they sent to my email. I also took the opportunity to email corporate to get a response. I got one from the general manager of Motel 6. Utterly generic. And utterly useless. No more Motel 6 stays. I am a princess. My dad said so.

If you are looking for gourmet rare earth shower gel and 1million thread count sheets, then this is not your place. If you need a great price on a place to sleep, and maybe get some work done… then stop on in. The prices were the best in the area. The rooms were clean, and the service was friendly.

Guy at the front desk was rude. Every time I went up there I had to wait a few minutes before he came out. The bed was really hard and the blanket was thin as a sheet. There was a dead roach on the floor also. I would not stay here again.

This place is what it is. It’s not the ritz carlton. Although that’s not far away. It’s a cheap hotel, and by cheap I paid 46 bucks a night. Compared to 100 to 180 dollars a night less than a mile away it’s a great deal. I checked in here instead of adding an extra night to a stay I have at 1 of the fancier places down the road. Not only do places like the Hilton charge very high rates they also tax on all kinds of additional taxes and fees and since I just needed a place to crash and they wouldn’t cut me any slack even though I already had 3 nights booked I went down the road decided to crash at the motel 6. In the context of what it is it’s not bad. And the Internet actually works

We often look to Motel 6 for affordable, basic lodging. The Regal Row version in Dallas, Texas is not basic, but simply base. Unless you’re an out-of-town serial killer or a location scout for low-budget adult films, avoid this place with its peeling tiles, gasping commodes, and mold-encrusted baseboards. It’s a Petri dish with card-controlled access. If you insist on overnighting at a franchise, sleep in the Wal-Mart parking lot — it’s a better value, and probably cleaner.
