Im fascinated by this place, and not for the coffe but because i love guys in motorcycles. So i come here to people watch, the coffee is only ok for me, thats why they get 3 stars. But the atmosphere is fun, i want a harley!

What a great concept! fun to watch people pull their bikes in and have then cleaned… Great space set aside for small business meetings. Have had their food and coffee and both are very good. My only complaint is the price it is a little more then you pay at other places. But it is in a good location I stop by every now and then to treat myself.

I have a feeling that the average Unilocaler should not go here. I stumbled upon Motopia one day while attempting to find a new coffee joint. It’s interesting for what it is, a motorcycle repair shop, bar, coffee, café, office space. If I was the desired clientele, I probably would have loved it. Motopia seems geared toward older business men who enjoy riding motorcycles. The décor is nice and the coffee I had to drink was one of the better lattes I’ve had in town.

Motor oil and fritos. That’s what I smelled when I first walked into Motopia. As it’s a moped garage, café, and coffee house that serves booze, I was expecting it to have a unique smell, and it does. I did not get a moped fixed here, so this review is only for the café, and it’s just as well as my sandwich was $ 9.95. Sandwiches that cost $ 9.95 should be magic. Upon eating it, I should loose 3 pounds and have X-ray vision for the rest of the day. They also gave me some chips with my $ 10 sandwich and they also were good, they too lacked in magical ability. Motopia also tries to pass it’s self off as a «European» coffee house and restaurant. I’m not sure what it is about Motopia that the owners think is so European, because it’s not European at all. There are TVs on the wall playing CNN, and the windows face Central Expressway and the service road. You don’t get more Dallas than that. They also didn’t play music of any kind and they serve salads and sandwiches. Motopia isn’t remotely European-like. Ouch. My wallet hurts.
