Service: Two guys who looked like they did more than just make pizzas in the back. I’m flipping a coin between WOW and using the herbs for more than just topping. I ordered my pizzas online, and my eta was about 20 minutes. I stopped by the convenience store to pick up ice and arrived about 25 minutes after the order was placed. Lucky for me they were just finishing up my pizzas, which is A+ since they’d go from lava hot to just right by the time I reached home. I get home start tearing into the pizza, and I realize they didn’t pack the garlic dipping sauce I had requested, which I had paid $ 2 extra for. Second, I’m grabbing at a slice of my Hawaiian, and I’m wondering why is the whole pizza sliding while I’m getting a slice… they failed to cut my pizza at all. At this point, I call them up and explain that they forgot those two things. They offered to remedy the situation by having me drive back there with my uncut pizza, which they’d cut for me and provide my garlic sauce as well as a coupon for my next visit. 1. I’ve already sat down to eat the pizza. I’m not driving anywhere for my pizza to get cold for you to fix what you failed to do in the first place. 2. Why would I want a coupon for my second visit., especially for a sub par pizza that I had to cut myself. Food: I asked for light on the sauce, which somebody had a heavy hand with. I also asked for it to be well done, which I think they rushed since I was sitting in their lobby. I got neither. Price: Not worth what you get, especially considering I didn’t get $ 2 worth of the product I had paid for. Overall impressions Mr. Jim’s you disappointed me, and unfortunately you will not be getting repeat business from me even with you being so conveniently located.

Évaluation du lieu : 3 Dallas, TX
I’m a Mr Jim’s fan overall, but this location is just 3 stars. I usually get delivery from the place on Keller Springs/Josey, but this Midway location was much more convenient because of the other things I was picking up on the way to a party. I ordered my pizzas online at about 730pm. I didn’t leave until about 8pm to pick them up, AND I had to stop off to pick up another order in between. By the time I arrived at Mr Jim’s at about 8.15÷8.20 I figured for sure that my order would be long ready. Nope. It was going to be another 15 – 20 minutes. Despite the long wait(It was a Saturday during the Rangers World Series game, I get it), my pizzas weren’t awesome. I asked for light sauce on the large Hawaiian pizza. The light sauce wound up on the medium size. The medium meat lovers was also almost over-cooked. The edges were insanely brown and it made all of the toppings near the edge too crispy. Overall, it wasn’t bad, but not nearly as good as I normally expect from Mr Jims. It’s also worth noting that after I arrived for my order(and then had to wait), 2 other people arrived to pick-up their orders. I got the impression that they had also ordered near an hour before and were also being told to wait another 15 – 20 minutes for their pizzas.
