Nammi

So happy that Nammi has this store front in Valley View Mall. This was my third visit to this location, I have visited the food truck numerous times. I always get the pork bhan mi as it is delicious. However based on the other Unilocal reviews I may need to venture out to other items.
My only complaint is that they close at 3 pm and are not open until 9 for dinner!

Great prices and food. Need a sandwich but tired of over priced plain Jane sandwiches, you have to give it a shot.

Best bahn mi ever. Hands down. Consistently delicious.

Love the food from the trucks, so I thought I would try this place. Business hours are from 11 – 3. I called before I went over, but somehow whoever I talked to didn’t mention they were closed on a random Thursday. Waste of time.

I hate this place. It closes at 3pm. What sort of restaurant decides to make one of the Best Banh Mi sandwiches in Dallas and then shut it down at 3pm? Nammi does.

I’ve had the food trucks a few times, but tried the Nammi Haus at Valley View today. It is just as good as the trucks of you have ever been to one of their trucks.
Their tacos are by the best that I’ve ever had in Dallas. I usually do the Lemon-​grass chicken tacos, but the best part is the mixture of veggies they put in it to give it that amazing Vietnamese flair. A combinations of peppers, cilantro, carrots, and more is great but it all ties together with their sauces.
I’m not the type to scarf my food, but sometimes I just can’t help but to inhale it all.
Excuse me, I’m going to go get some more tacos!

The bahn mi with grilled pork here is the best sandwich I’ve ever had. It may be my favorite food of all time. I could eat one of these sandwiches every day. I want to try more items on the menu but it’s going to be tough to show up and not leave with a sandwich in hand — fantastic!!!

This spot is like the truck but better. You have air conditioning a lit if seats and the movie theater right up stairs. It’s perfect, I can’t get enough of the ice cream sandwich and bang mi. That soft-​crispy bread filled with egg or chicken with veggies. It just perfect. The location is a bit off because you forget about valley view mall. However, it’s easy to get in and out if the location. Stop by the mall you can at lest get a sandwich and a movie.

Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. I love the Nammi food truck, but.. . if I can sit down and really enjoy my Nammi, that’s even better so the new kitchen in the Valley View mall is like a dream come true.
The classic bahn mi (with honey pork!) is awesome on the truck or off. I also love the tacos, and the nachos they offer at this location.. . Yes. They are just full of yes. Lots of fresh toppings on SHRIMP CHIPS. Because of course.
Really, my advice is just to try everything on the menu. Whatever you get, you’re not going to be disappointed. Just do it.
Go see a cheap movie at the AMC and grab lunch/​dinner at Nammi. Perfect date in my opinion. You’re welcome.
Oh, and they have Cool Haus here, too! Again, mmmmmmmmmmmmm.

I have been here to eat on a couple of occasions. All the items I have tried have always been full of flavors that work well together. My favorite is the slider which is a cross between a hamburger and a bahn mi, really tasty. The nachos were also interesting. You can also get dessert from CoolHaus also. Looking forward to trying more of their menu items.

I’m a huge Nammi truck fan! It was hard not to order my favorite Bahn mi today — but I really wanted to try Nammi’s new kitchen menu. My husband and I had the sliders, nachos, and vegan phở. DELICIOUS!!! The new menu EXCEEDED my expectations. (The nachos were my favorite.) And the jalepeno lemonade pairs better with the food than any fancy wine could ever hope to do. We finished our fantastic meal with some CoolHaus ice cream. Adam had a scoop of Makers Mark Manhattan and I had a scoop of Chocolate Molten Lava cake ice cream. His ice cream was so light and tasty (and you could smell the alcohol. I really like that). Mine was made for real chocolate lovers (like me!). So good!
This place was like someone crashed a Nammi truck into the side of Valley View mall (the east side, by the AMC), and the drivers of the truck decided to make this place their new home.
RUN to the new Nammi Kitchen! The food is real, fresh, and deeply flavorful. You’ll love it as much as we did!

Love love love that my 2 favorite food trucks have put down roots in the Valley View mall. Can’t go wrong with the chicken phở or a bahn mi for dinner (don’t forget the amazing lemonade) and a cool haus ice cream sandwich for dessert. What could be better?
Please come visit them so they stay here. I don’t want to drive downtown to find them!
