Easily one of the best massage experiences I’ve ever had. Nic is an accomplished cyclist/athlete. She understands the body and how it relates to the bike. Studio space is nice, inviting and full of interesting art pieces. Outstanding all around and highly recommended.

Best massage ever. Nicole is an athlete and understands the deeper issues which create the problems we develop throughout our body. Then she patiently and thoroughly addresses these problem areas until they disappear. I left feeling like something was accomplished rather than just feeling good. Thanks Nicole! You have another customer for life.

With massage therapist you usually get someone that is good at their craft but can’t manage their book of business professionally or vice versa. Nicole is top notch on both fronts. Her attention detail is spot on and is what I look for in a great massage therapist. For me, I need someone that is strong and that is always a concern when booking with a female therapist. This is not an issue with Nicole, she is strong and precise without hurting you. You won’t be disappointment.

Wonderfully surprised by my experience today! It’s challenging to find an opening on short notice when pain creeps up unexpectedly, but to also find a truly skilled and gifted masseuse was beyond my expectations. So many massage therapists run through the exact same massage moves regardless of how much time I spend explaining to them my trouble areas. Nic stayed focused on trying to relieve my pain and actually accomplishing something instead of simply going through the motions. I prefer a super deep tissue massage but I also want someone who ‘listens’ to or feels my body’s reaction to that pressure and adjusts accordingly. I went from practically being incapable of movement to a much more relaxed state. Ughhhhh and that heating pad thing… I’m in love! Officially one of my top three massages. Her voice and relaxed presence are very soothing and calming(one of the main reasons I thoroughly enjoyed her yoga class as well). Nic’s intuitive nature makes her all that much more effective. All around fantastic experience!

I don’t see Nic for Yoga, she takes care of my massage needs. I am a big guy and in poor shape she does a fantastic job working around all my issues. Not sure I could go more than a month without her. G$

I’ve always wanted yoga in my life but I have a lot of physical limitations that caused me to feel too intimidated to go to a class. I tried to do yoga at home from a video but a) I never felt like doing it because it was a video which I feel takes away from the spiritual experience of yoga and it’s literally the same exact thing every time and b) I didn’t have anyone correcting me or modifying poses for me. So I ended up feeling really frustrated because I knew yoga was really crucial for my joint health but I didn’t know where I could go to do it and feel comfortable. Right when I really needed it, a friend recommended Niculture to me and said Nicole is a private yoga teacher that will actually come to your house. I was beyond excited and booked a session right away! And I was not let down at all! Upon meeting Nicole, I felt a connection with her right away. After quickly getting to know me and my health situation, Nicole put together a beautiful, calming yoga experience that was tailored exactly to me. She made me feel comfortable, peaceful and encouraged. I cannot tell you what a wonderful feeling that is! And even after a couple of sessions, I am already more flexible, relaxed and have a more positive outlook on life. Please consider booking a session with Niculture — Nicole is professional, budget-friendly and extremely personable. She is a true blessing and I’m so grateful to have found Niculture!

Visited a yoga class of Nicole’s at Sweet 200 on Monday and really loved it — perfect space to be practicing yoga, and Nicole was a wonderful guide. She was super encouraging and helpful when you needed a little guidance or adjustment. Will definitely return on another Monday evening!

Nic was a guest instructor for a Richardson Bike Mart women’s clinic and ride focusing on yoga, stretching, and breathing techniques for cyclists/runners. Everyone loved the clinic and we have had several requests to have her back(which we are looking forward to!). She presented the information in a way that everyone could understand, use, and that could be applied to different skill levels.

Being a cyclist and a runner, I’m constantly struggling with some type of leg/hip/foot issue not to mention the constant hunch over the handle bars of the bike! Nic is totally attuned to these type of activities and focuses her classes for those that make the majority of their exercising outside of a yoga studio. I appreciate that she’s not overly serious all the time and will even laugh at something funny she said in class. I always feel great after her class and sleep like a baby that night.

I’ve visited several yoga studios in the Dallas area, and even though I have one that is very much my home — I have to give high marks to Nic’s teaching! Your instructor(or guide, as I like to call it) is really critical to your experience on the mat. Her energy, attention to flow and form, and ability to give clear direction provides a safe and still challenging yoga experience. I would encourage new or seasoned yogis to experience her class!

I started attending Nic’s practice sessions a few months when I started looking for a change in my regular exercise routine. My work keeps me rather sedentary during the day, so I needed something that worked my entire body. I also wanted to work on my core and flexibility to improve my mountain biking, and I couldn’t motivate myself to go to the gym anymore. Nic is a very intuitive instructor in that she tailors each practice to the needs of the individuals of the class, regardless of the size. For example, I was suffering from a torn hamstring for a few weeks, so she helped me modify some of the stretches, yet didn’t skip a beat in keeping the rest of the class on track with their poses. Having been a member of one of the popular yoga studios around town, I really enjoy and prefer the laid-back nature of Niculture classes.

My first encounter with Nic of Niculture was on a Monday evening in an Oak Cliff bicycle shop. A friend had told me about the yoga classes there for a small fee. I had been wanting to incorporate yoga into my life for some time, but am self-employed and not a fan of gym memberships. Actually, I’m not a fan of public work out spaces, in general, whether you call it a gym or a «studio.» So, yoga was a «one of these days, I guess I’ll do it,» kind of thing for me. But Niculture answered my wishes without even knowing it: yoga in a bicycle shop down the street from my home for a small donation was something I could and would try. So I did, and I’m forever grateful for it. I had done yoga in the past, but wasn’t very serious, even though I knew the benefits. My first yoga instruction with Nic reminded me immediately of those benefits. As I walked out of the class, my muscles screamed with gratitude. I’ve been going to Nic almost every week since then. To begin, I like Nic’s approach and attitude. She is friendly, nonjudgmental and has a great sense of humor. I also like her instruction style. She takes us through the moves by explaining what they’re called, describing and showing us how to do it, and detailing what muscles we’re working. This helps me make sure I’m using proper form and also helps me when I’m out of the classroom, because I can attempt some of the exercises on my own. I’m a beginner, and even though I felt like the moves I started out with were not beginner moves, I discovered I was wrong. Nic helped show me I was stronger physically and mentally than I allowed myself to be and that I could keep taking it to the next level. I also enjoy the atmosphere created by Nic’s technique and style. It’s calm. It’s safe. It’s positive. It doesn’t matter whether this is your 100th time, or your first, whether you’re wobbly on one leg or stable. There’s no judging, and even in the most tough spots, Nic is there to help remind us to smile. I’ve experienced results from yoga with Niculture. I’ve been able to take the instruction and use it daily, from hearing Nic’s voice reminding me to breath, to using the stretches before and after a run, to incorporating the techniques and philosophies during private meditation. Indeed, since starting yoga with Nic, I literally feel stronger when running and am running a tad faster. With Niculture yoga isn’t a competition with each other or even with yourself. It’s a journey, she reminds us. It is our own personal journey in getting stronger mentally and physically and becoming one with who we are. My life has improved since bringing yoga with Nic into the equation, and I feel confident saying the same things could happen for you.

Nic has great presence and grace on the mat, but also pushes you to try just a bit harder. When you’re struggling, her voice is gentle and her brilliant smile keep you going. Nic has a very strong grounding in Yoga principles and makes everyone feel welcome and wonderful. Plus, she has an incredible sense of style and is inspiring in SOOOOOO many ways. It’s definitely worth going back again and again.
