Caught this food truck at the Truck Yard and would vote it becomes a staple there. Q has made a dedicated fan out of me. Had the sampler of three meats and let the owner Eric pick meat and sauces, which were unbelievably good, especially the chicken. We had the beans and cheesy corn as well and they were both excellent. Not only was the meat smoked perfectly, the sauce was amazing. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this bbq! Eric is a pro originally from KC and knows what he is doing!

Just finished the meat plate at the Truck Yard. Solid five stars in light of being a food truck. Had the ribs brisket and turkey. Wife kids and i all loved it all!

Brisket tacos with a spicy Mexican slaw… soooo good!!! Just snagged these off the truck and I’m very impressed. Thank you for having a non-​mayo based slaw and it is very good. Everything is seasoned and cooked perfectly. I’d love to try something else.

My company had the truck stop by one day for lunch back in June. Growing up in KC I have had my fair share of great BBQ, and this can be added to the list. Simple menu with plenty of options that don’t disappoint. I had the sample platter and their «famous» baked beans. Definitely hits the spot if you are in need of some good BBQ!

So after a missed attempt to catch these guys in Arlington last Thursday, Eric informed me that they were going to be at the Truckyard Sunday the 5th.
I made a plan to grab dinner from them before picking my wife up from work, and I’m extremely glad I did. Not only did Eric remember me calling from the previous Thursday they showed great customer service when I got to the yard.
So everyone is wondering about the food well we had the sampler plate and chose ribs, pulled pork, and brisket. In the words of Guy Fieri,“Out of Bounds Good”. The kicker was the cheesy corn I was willing to give it a try, but wasn’t sure my wife would like it. Needless to say I probably should have gotten two or three. You can’t go wrong with the slaw or beans either, and in that order.
Long-​winded I know, but felt these guys deserved the best for my first post ever on Unilocal

Great Texas BBQ! Everything was delicious. I had the ribs, pulled pork taco/​brisket taco and smoked beans. Some of the best BBQ I’ve ever tasted!
