Way overpriced. As has been pointed out in other reviews, they do not honor their return policies. Their market is harried and time challenged Park Cities Moms who need to buy athletic equipment for their kids, don’t know what to buy and are therefore more than willing to pay way more than they should for basic equipment. This is not a store for anyone who is even remotely athletic. There are many, many more less expensive alternatives with better customer service in the immediate area.

The staff is very helpful and engaging and everyone has been pleasant to work with. Parking can sometimes be a challenge. My only complaint is that the pricing is a little on the high-​end but I guess that comes with the service. For people who know exactly what they’re looking for and would prefer to be more conscious about price you’re better off going to a big sporting good store such as Dick’s or sports authority. As for me being a mom of a 12-​year-​old football player, and I don’t always have my has been around to help, I find this location to be helpful, so I don’t mind paying the extra money for that help.

Although they were way understaffed, the employee assisting me was very helpful and hustling! (literally running around trying to help everyone.) I appreciated the effort as I know it wasn’t easy with only 2 people and a packed store on a Saturday. Good customer service, but lacking in women’s shoe selections.

I went to Not Just Soccer to buy a pair of soccer cleats for my son and was very impressed! It’s the only place I’ve found in town with cleats to fit the little toddlers and the boy helping us was so nice. He was very helpful and really made a big deal out of my son trying on the cleats, even telling him how fast he was in them. It really made his day and made my day easier! They inflated my soccer ball in the store, had me rung up and ready to leave in no time!
