Nothing Bundt Cakes

The red velvet cake I picked up for a birthday was delicious and amazing. I would definitely go back for the cakes but not the service. Needs improvement as mentioned in other comments. The young girls who attended to me at the register were having a side conversation about who worked the previous day and didn’t really care that a customer was listening to their conversation. I didn’t feel that my business was appreciated at the time. It would also be nice to hear a genuine «have a nice day» instead of a tone that said, «okay-​bye-​get-​out-​now.»

Wanting to be bad for all the good reasons. Go to this store and pick out the most sinful delight. It will make your day or evening. oh and yes someone you love will also like to share some with you. So do not eat every delish crumb in your car in front of the store. Now after you do finish every last crumb. Make sure you visit the health food store just a hop, skip and a jump away to get back to reality. Thats my story. :)

I LOVE LOVE LOVE these cakes. No matter the location I’ve visited, I’m always greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere. I have yet to try a flavor I haven’t liked. Anything from the mini cakes to a large birthday cake have been perfect.

The minute I walked in, I got greeted and the lady that helped me was really nice. I told her it was my first time so she was showing me around and even gave us a tour in the baking area! My kids and I love their cupcakes, their so yummy.

The best cakes in Dallas!!! Everything is amazing! Free samples daily. But you don’t need to try it just buy it & I promise you will love it!

These cakes are the best so moist soft I love them. Any time u need a surprise this is it and they can decorate and deliver.

Bundts here are very moist, fresh and suuuuuuper sweeet so if you have a sweet tooth like me you will enjoy them. Customer service friendly, I just think they are just a bit pricey thou. Other bakeries carry similar flavor bundt cakes for a cheaper price. I only come by here when I want to impress a friend on their bday or a client, etc. Other than that, not my regular place for sweets!

I am located in Los Angeles and I ordered Bundtinis here for my brother’s 23^rd birthday. I haven’t actually been in the store, but the customer service is AWESOME! Clayton was so helpful and I will definitely be ordering from this store again just because he was so pleasant to deal with.

For the White Chocolate raspberry bundt– how do they make something that wonderful??? I’m retiring from ever making cakes again, from now on I’m leaving all my cake needs to Nothing Bundt.

Simply put… I LOVE this place! I am not a big sweets and desert type of guy but when my best friend introduced me to one of these gems made from angel dust and soft pillow like clouds of goodness! I can’t help myself but to throw my diet out the window and jump right into one of these beauties! I can’t say enough. Try everything! I don’t know why you’re still reading?! Eat!

So glad I have a location close by my place because this place is fantastic! The staff is very friendly and the cupcakes and cakes are so moist and delicious! My favorite cake is the red velvet, which has chocolate chips in it, yum! This is becoming one of my favorite places to stop by and grab cakes for special occasions. I really like the fact that they have a lot of different designs for their cakes, most cakes can be ready to go in 10 minutes. If you haven’t stopped by, I highly recommend you do! But let me warn you, you will be addicted!

I usually buy a couple bundt cakes every couple weeks to bring to clients, so I’m in here pretty frequently. I never actually eat the cakes so I really can’t comment other than my clients love them, so I’m sure they are very tasty.
The service however can use some improvement and looking at other reviews I’m glad to see I’m not the only one. Some of the girls are pretty nice but others just don’t get customer service and being friendly, especially when I’m spending 50 something bucks on a couple cakes.
The only reason I continue going here is because it’s so convenient for me.
Hey owner of store, talk to your workers about being friendly. And get some bags for cake boxes. I mean really, all you have is reusable ones you can buy?

Deliciousness Long Awaited in East Dallas

Former resident of NYC with a penchant for fabulous baked goods was delightfully surprised upon walking into this establishment in Casa Linda. With bated breath I waited for the doors to finally open, Kathy Tran, manager and her direction with her staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The ambiance, delectable desserts and samples were first rate. Every product I tried was moist and flavorful. So much so, I find this my new hotspot for a discerning palate. Kudos to the amazing works of art created and the fresh ingredients used that calls one back again and again. It is apparent the owner of this establishment knows how to create a winning team.

Mmm, one of my favorite little sweet treats in Dallas! The red velvet… I die a little inside.
First time at this location and I can only assume that they have addressed the customer service issue here as I experienced nothing but pleasant service both on the phone and in the store. I bought a Groupon recently and cashed that bad boy in for an anniversary party for my parents. I called in my order earlier in the week for Saturday pickup. The girl who answered the phone (Katie?) was very pleasant, polite, and efficient. Pickup on Saturday was just as good. It was clear the manager or owner was training a new girl, but she did a great job and was super friendly. We were in and out within 5 minutes.
Everyone at the party LOVED the red velvet cake! Perfect for a special occasion. Nothing but compliments. Will definitely give this location another try in the future!

These should be served at every occasion ever.
They are moist and so tasty. And they make so many different sizes, like share size and don’t share size. I like the don’t share size really.
I read the below reviews that some of the staff was unfriendly, but when I was frequenting their place April 2014, all the girls were very friendly to me and my niece and nephew (8 and 9 yrs old) who were probably eating more samples than they should have been.
I try and be healthy and read ingredients and not eat stuff like this all the time, but when I’m in Dallas, I am here at least 3 times during my visit.
And I just found out there is one near where I live in Cali, so bring on the pounds!

Great place! The cakes are very tasty and the place is spotless inside. We have visited a few times and the people working are always very friendly.
They always have samples available for you to try new flavors.

I like this place a lot. The cakes are very tasty and reasonably priced. The reason for the three stars is because the staff aren’t consistent with customer service.
My first visit was not pleasant. There were two staff members that were upset that I’d used a BOGO coupon. One of them actually said out loud, «I don’t know why we do this coupon shit.» The other one agreed. I was standing about 3 feet away. I almost didn’t come back because of it, but then I thought that maybe those girls were just having a bad day.
Luckily when I went in yesterday there were different employees working and I enjoyed my experience. I went in yesterday on ¹⁄₁₈ at around 4 and the staff were great, inviting and friendly! I used a BOGO coupon and bought 2 great tasting cakes. They even offered me a sample of lemon cake! It was super tasty.
My advice would be to remind certain employees that customer service is a big reason why you have customers in the first place, and that in essence, we pay your bills! I’ll be back and hopefully the experience will match my second venture into Nothing Bundt Cakes. If so, I’ll change my rating!

The devil has moved to Casa Linda. He already has a donut place (#hypnoticdonuts) just a short way down Garland Road. Isn’t that enough? Evil goodness in the morning just wasn’t enough, he had to extend his hours through the rest of the day.
The better half has been anticipating the opening of NBC for weeks, maybe months. Sad woman. I do my best to avoid all sugar, but she kept polluting my mind with endless propaganda such as «best cakes ever»…“if you like cream cheese icing”…“chocolate, chocolate chip”. I tried not to listen. Tried.
Our visit Saturday afternoon was perfectly timed. We arrived with only one person in front of us and left minutes later with a line out the door! Glad to see there are other weak, sad souls out there like me.
Ok, ok. The cake. Could not be more perfectly balanced. Moist, buttery, sweet & salt. I had the white chocolate raspberry — and I don’t even like white chocolate! it was divine. that said, the choco choco-​chip might just be this household’s fave. I don’t think it was the propaganda, more likely the dark chocolate with a hint of toffee flavor. The generous soaking of the BEST cream cheese icing over each cake just adds to it. Doesn’t overwhelm, but allows you to enjoy every single bite EVEN MORE!
And for $ 3.99 each, I considered it a HUGE victory to leave with only two. I am so glad my gym is a few doors down. #sarcasm #trainerwillbedrivingaporschesoon
