I’ve been living here for over a year now and can say that it is very quiet. I haven’t ever had a problem with neighbor noise, and the maintenance staff is very quick to respond to problems.

This is my second review (recent experience) for peeps reading this page:
I have been living here for more than 6 months now and I have reached a point where I am forced to leave a review for future apartment seekers. If you are a student then this apartment is worth the money. However if you have a family or a working person then you start to notice the money rip off strategies. My rent is relatively normal and worth the size of the apartment. However, every month you have all these additional charges which will bump the rent to a huge amount. This includes trash, water, parking spot charges etc etc. Speaking about parking charges, most of the parking spots are covered ($ 25/​month) and/​or garages ($ 100/​month). They give parking tags for the residents who own a covered spot. I have not seen towing vehicles that tows away other vehicles. I have had this issue for a long time now and other residents keep parking in my rented spot. I tried talking to the on-​duty and emergency officers here and they did not have any solutions for this. So the real question is why am I paying for a spot that is not protected? Worst thing is that these officers did not have any contact numbers for the towing agency and asked me to look it up by myself. Worst response by an administration. I am already waiting for my leasing period to be over to vacate this place.

I love to stay here. It is safe, clean and nice. Staffs are really good. All the shops are also close by. I would strongly recommend others to stay here as well.

Very calm and convenient place to live at. My dogs and I have been here for almost a year and it’s been going very well. The office and maintenance staff are all friendly and easy to get along with.
