Run for the hills. Worst experience ever. Messed up my registration twice. They can never find me in the system. No one is ever there to greet you. Plan on spending at least 30 – 45 minutes there for a 12 minute tan. This has happened to multiple times. If there is a line, they ignore you. Don’t say hi or be with you in a moment. All they do is upsell lotion. I have never experienced such bad customer service. Trust me. They don’t care. I have had tanning salons before who know your name and favorite bed. NOT here! This store is a joke.

Never say never… so I will up them a star because the company contacted me and offered me another free spray tan(even threw in a few tan dollars for a bronzer add-in) and of course, they apologized. That’s cool. Was thinking about signing up for a spray tanning membership… looking at the online pricing and am somewhat disappointed that the cheapest unlimited sunless tanning membership is $ 69.95! That’s more than double my gym membership… can’t currently justify the expense. They offer one spray tan a month for $ 25…But the tan lasts less than a week so that is still really high. I miss the good olé days when a mystick session was only $ 10(yes, at PBT). Don’t know if they use those online prices as a negotiating starting point but they seem prohibitively high.

Walked in to find the front desk dude sleeping on the«waiting» couches. Not dozed off — completely mouth open, sawing logs for roughly 5 mins. Won’t be back.
