This review is for Dr Laborde who is at this office as well (never met Dr Payne).
Dr Laborde and his staff provided exceptional service during my recent dental procedure. Sharon emailed me the treatment plan and kept me apprised of what my insurance would and wouldn’t cover. She is simply delightful… Heather, his assistant was wonderful and made me feel at ease. Dr Laborde was patient and took the time to explain things. He even gave me his cell number after the procedure in case there were any complications (so nice). I was very nervous about pain but I was awake the whole time and they had me in LALA Land feeling happy as a bird. I would highly recommend this office.

I would steer clear from the dental practice.
I was a crime victum and neeced dental work. I was talked into an extreme optional procedure. I was the perfect patient and paid on time all they asked for.
The end result of not what I paid for and far from even being appropriate for my situation as well as pretty much irreversable and they already had my money ($ 10,000). When I confronted them that this was unacceptable on many levels, they agreed to do whatever was necessary to fix it and make me happy, but kept putting me off all the while, being very sincere and sypathetic about making it right. When I finally was about to go forward with the correct procedure, they suddenly told me they couldn’t help me and to contact their lawyers. Flabergasted, I checked with a well known dental malpractice attorney, and discovered they blew me off practically to the day the two (2) year Statute of Limitations had run, I was unaware of the law. They had been tallking to their attorneys the whole time while telling me whatever I wanted to hear until the Statute of Limitations ran out. That’s when their moral compass went South. Unconscionable.
